i’ll gladly eat my words if i end up being wrong but i am POSITIVE that jinkx monsoon’s character is not the master. naming her “the maestro” has to be a misdirect. the master has had a prominent role in five of the last six seasons and i’d be hard-pressed to believe RTD would bring the character back so soon. THAT BEING SAID. if the master doesn’t come back at some point in fifteen’s run and make out with the doctor onscreen for real i might commit a crime

Everyone in the notes is so completely correct & got me thinking abt like. Holidays in Panem because all we are told they celebrate is reaping day (coinciding with independence day) the harvest (coinciding with the victory tour & possibly thanksgiving???) And New Years. Like that's IT. Specifically I'm thinking abt like. How holidays one or two districts might celebrate (e.g people in 4 and 10 carrying on with day of the dead celebrations) and how that would fit into the pre-existing holidays/if it fits at all. Do different districts have different holidays or is everyone on the exact same yearly schedule??? So much to think abt!!!!!!

Yet again I'm thinking about the eradication of culture within the THG universe,, I have very complex opinions on culture wars within Panem and if they would exist at all in certain cases but like. Do you think they still speak Spanish in Ten? Do you think trans people can still change their names and wear what they please as long as they meet their daily quotas? Do families with religious ancestors remember to observe their holy days, even if it's in private, or was the eradication of religion in Panem so concrete that they don't remember anything at all? Much to think about
