Halooo. Long time lurker here lol

After reading tons and tons and TONS of non-mc stories, here are some ideas. I’ll probably write them once if I feel like it lol (or if anyone wants to, let me know haha. I’m afraid I do not trust myself to write this as I have a bad habit of leaving things unfinished)

Hear me out lol

Zayne x non-mc / hanahaki AU

What if non-MC is either a doctor/nurse at Akso Hospital, and is one of Dr Zayne’s most trusted associates. Therefore they’re quite close.

Once MC enters the picture, non-MC suddenly starts coughing up jasmine petals.

As time goes by, her sickness only gets worse, so non-MC eventually resigns from Akso, and seeks treatment from Dr Noah, offering herself up as research subject for his protocore syndrome research.

On her departure, Zayne is in Chansia City with MC, so he doesn’t know non-MC left.

However, while Zayne is in Skyhaven, he stumbles upon non-MC’s hospital files from Dr Noah, and finally learns of her sickness. He eventually finds non-MC in hospice.

Ok this one will need some work if we want more background lol but that’s pretty much the gist of it haha

Here’s another one. This time, a Caleb x non-MC blurb

Non-MC meets Caleb and MC only when they’re already with Grandma Josephine.

However non-MC leaves Linkon after high school graduation.

Years later, Caleb, now Farspace Fleet Colonel, attends a funeral of one of his lieutenants who died during a mission in the Deepspace Tunnel.

He offers condolences, as per usual, to the bereaved family.

To his surprise, the wife of his deceased colleague is non other than a heavily pregnant non-MC.

Ok this one possibly can go through the yandere route but who knows 🤣
