Enjoy London is expanding now different destinations and it was time to visit Amsterdam.

It was in my mind for a long time, and I am going to show you now how to spend 48 hours in this beautiful city.

There are many places and things to do, to be honest for me this trip was to relax, have fun, and see familly, so if you want to know more about history and museums visit their website

We landed at Schiphol airport, and even we had to be collected, no panic the train station is just there five minutes from the city centre, so easy.

Enjoy London se expande a nuevos lugares y como no el siguiente destino ha sido Amsterdam.

Hacia algún tiempo que esta hermosa ciudad estaba en mi punto de mira y en el post de hoy os muestro como disfrutar de ella al máximo en tan solo dos días.

Obviamente es una ciudad en la que tienes  miles de cosas que visitar, pero si decides venir como yo en plan escape a disfrutar de su rutina y sus costumbres seguro te guías por mi experiencia.

48 Horas en Amsterdam

Aterrizamos en el aeropuerto de Schiphol y a pesar de que a nosotros nos estaban esperando con servicio de chofer,  que no cunda el pánico es muy sencillo llegar a la ciudad.

Dicho aeropuerto se encuentra a solo 15 kilómetros de distancia del centro y tanto la opción de tren como de autobús es perfecta.

El tren creo que es el mejor ya que cuenta con servicio 24 horas cuesta tan solo cinco euros y tarda 20 minutos en llegar. Por otro lado tienes el autobús que tarda unos 30 y cuesta prácticamente lo mismo. En mi opinión el tren es la mejor opción ya que se encuentra justo dentro del aeropuerto.

Llegada al hotel.

Encantada con el nuestro, mejor situados no podíamos estar. Ubicado en la Plaza Rembrandt el NH schiller no decepciono para nada, especialmente porque se encuentra en uno de los lugares mas céntricos. Ideal para cuando vengas muy pocos días ya que te permite recorrer la ciudad tranquilamente, y estas cerca de todo.

Donde comimos.

Nuestra primera parada para comer fue la hamburguesería Lombardos burger,  amantes de las hamburguesas, este es vuestro sitio, no se puede describir, la carne buenísima, el ambiente inmejorable, muy cerca del centro y de nuestro hotel.

La verdad que encantados, agradecerles que nos invitaran.

Y como la cosa iba esta vez de comer y beber bien, después de pasear por esta bella ciudad acabamos sentado en una preciosa plaza justo detrás de la fabrica de Heineken, (digo que esta detrás, por que no me acuerdo como se llama, pero se que la fabrica si la vais a visitar, que os conozco)

Nuestra visita fue en Septiembre, el frió ya se notaba pero el ambiente era inmejorable. La imagen ya lo dice todo…

For art and cooking lovers, there is a little corner shop at Notting hill, that will steel your heart and is called Biscuiteers. If you travel with kids is a must, but is not necessary to be a child to love this beautiful store.

I have never seen so much imagination together;  you would like to buy everything at this beautiful shop; all the biscuits are so cute, you could not even eat them; well maybe you will because there are delicious too.

It will be different experience attend one of their courses  where you will learn how to cook and design them. I bet it will be so fun and amazing way to do not forget your london experiences.

Para aquellos amantes del arte y la resposteria, concreta mente  de los biscuits, hay un rincón en Notting hill, exactamente portobello Road, que tendrás que visitar especialmente con niños, aunque realmente no hace falta, por que si eres un goloso también lo disfrutaras. Jamas llegue a ver tanta imaginación junta y es que en esta pequeña tienda, cuyas protagonistas son las galletas, encontraras todo tipo de figuras, la cual mas original.

  Pero no solo aquí podrás comprar estas galletas especiales, las cuales puede que te den remordimiento comer, sino que también puedes escuchar alguna de sus clases y aprender y disfrutar a crearlas y cocinarlas.

Por eso, a todos aquellos que vengáis de visita o que viváis alrededor, si le dais al dibujo podréis encontrar en su pagina toda la información.

Estoy seguro sera una experiencia muy especial para vuestro viaje a la ciudad.

If you really really want to fall in Love with London, May can be the best time to visit and enjoy it. As this month is the chelsea Flower show this borough became in the most wonderful place plenty of thousands of flowers. After four years here I was lucky this one to be invited and I loved it. Because which woman doesn’t like flowers?

This place is the best to be inspired about innovate in your garden design. I could never imagine how big is this gardening world. The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is organised by the Royal Horticultural Society,  even the queen assisted a few days ago. Is really popular and is visited for so many people around the world.

Si de verdad te quieres enamorar de esta ciudad, Mayo es el mejor momento para visitarlo. Debido a que se celebra el festival de flores en chelsea, la ciudad se llena de miles de flores, especialmente en este popular barrio.

Después de cuatros años en Londres, por fin he sido invitada y puedo decir que la experiencia la volveré a repetir seguro. Porque ¿a quién no le gustan las flores?

Si buscas inspiración sobre como innovar tu jardín, aquí no te faltara inspiración. Jamas imaginaba lo grande que es este mundo de jardinería; la experiencia ha sido maravillosa.

Chelsea Flower show ya se lleva organizando desde 1902 por La real sociedad de Horticultura; incluso la reina lo visito por su inauguración. Es muy popular y asisten, cada año, miles de personas de todo el mundo.

Para aquellos que se lo han perdido, hay mas shows próximamente por todo Reino Unido, si queréis visitarlo aquí tenéis sus próximos eventos.

Because of that, Chelsea Borough dress the streets with flowers everywhere.  The stores created the most impressive decoration just with flowers. Looks heaven in Earth. But also I have to advised you that if you are pollen allergic, you should avoid it, because could be the most dangerous too.

Debido a este maravilloso evento, Chelsea viste sus calles de Flores. Sus tiendas crean la decoración mas increíble solo con flores.  Con suerte, si el tiempo acompaña se convierte en un paraíso en la tierra. Aunque para los alérgicos al polen, os aviso que puede ser un infierno, así que mucho cuidado.

I hope you have the chance sometime to visit, highly recommend it. You will love it too.

Food Lovers I have found a new place!!

Situated at one of my favourite places, Chelsea. A beautiful Victoria building, plenty of delicious food, classic drinks and amazing environment. Here you will find their Menu but I will show my choice, seriously I need to come back soon because I loved it, but you know me, good food is my priority always with a good wine. Have a look:

Natalia ya ha cumplido 7 años. Como pasa el tiempo de rápido!!!!, muy orgullosa de la princesa de la casa; me fascina su personalidad y lo alegre que puede ser, aunque últimamente el genio también abunda. Afortunadamente  solo a veces.

La decisión de traerla a Londres fue, al principio, un poco dura porque era muy pequeña y nos estábamos adaptando a lo nuevo; el cambio fue grande, incluso para ella.  Recuerdo aquellas veces cuando no quería ir al colegio, por la barrera del idioma, pero, poco a poco, logro superarlo; ademas, como hablar es algo que le encanta, creo que fue la  motivación decisiva para integrarse en su colegio, al que,por otra parte, le encanta asistir y, hay que ver, cuanta gente que conoce ahora.

Natalia has done seven years, omg time goes so quick, I am so proud of my little princess, love her personality and her happiness. When I moved to London it was hard to bring her too because she was just three and we were trying to settle, I remember it was hard for her as well because at the beginning she did not want to go to school because it was difficult for her to communicate with the other children, but she wanted so much to be integrated with the other kids,  that’s why she learned so quick now she is so happy with her new friends, seriously she know everybody at the school.

Volviendo al cumple. Hemos decidido hacer una pequeña fiesta en casa con algunos amiguitos y en familia. A ella le encantan los pequeños detalles y  ha sido muy divertido decorar juntas toda la casa para la ocasión.

Coming back to the birthday, we have decided to do a little party at home with some friends and family. She loves to prepare and organised like me so it has been so fun to decorate together the house for the occasion.

Me pareció muy buena idea colaborar con http://www.nouwee.com. Al principio fue difícil elegir un tema, porque son todos preciosos y están muy bien elaborados. Pero ya veis el resultado; quedo monisimo y a Natalia le encanto.
