it’s like I DO want to be feminine in the way a man is feminine. if I’m performing feminity I don’t want it to be read as an inherent reflection of my gender and who I am. I don’t want someone to call me ma’am or be called a girl. like. it’s drag. only it can’t be drag for me, because it’s not actually subverting anything, is it? so I’m in this spot where I either cannot allow myself any femininity or I do and accept the consequences of perception. my wearing eyeliner isn’t a subversion, a quiet rebellion, it’s perceived as fulfilling an expectation. somehow I can never be masc enough to be percieved as I want to be, so any introduction of femininity feels like a defeat. and yet sometimes I want to wear the pretty things that are still in my closet! or play around with makeup. but it isn’t a young boy getting into his mother’s vanity and heels, it’s growing up into the fulfillment of the wants of the mother and the rest of society as a blank whole.

Hi. I don’t use tumblr very much, and I’m real sorry for this, but I was just scammed out of ~ $1500 while trying to sell a table. The bank told me it is a new type of scam, where the scammer sends a sizable check larger than the seller is asking for, requests the seller pay the difference elsewhere for a made up reason, and then the check bounces. If this happens to you btw, block the number. I didn’t know of this scam format.

Anyways, I am now over -800$ in the red. I have never made a post like this, and I dislike needing to. But I am chronically disabled (severe EDS, immunocompromised), low-income, transgender, and have no current way to make this balance up. I am in school, and cannot work. I currently live independently alone, and this person has my address and personal information. I need to protect myself, buy extra locks, and I need to … afford food… I am also already in debt.

I am so sorry. I know this sounds bad, but if anyone could spare any funds, it would help immensely. I can also do art in return, or readings, or something of that nature.

uuuwhhuwuwuuhhhhhhuhhhhh it's so fucked up that you can go onto places on the internet and see interactions that are 5... 10... 20 years old. maybe even older. like this is something that happened so long ago and yet you can view it and interact with it the same way you can with something happening present day. but it's old and these people who commented have probably completely different lives they are leading now than the ones they led when they first commented. this is just a real thing you can interact with history. but also it doesn't exist it's just pixels on a screen it isn't tangible. but it does. what the fuck. i am going to eat so much mexican food tonight
