    He wouldn’t even try to contain the annoyed sigh that so readily escaped him. Rather than witches after a pact with him it was ‘ simply ’ that they hated him. It wasn’t any better but truthfully— considering  PAST  events— Belphegor wasn’t entirely certain which was worse. A wonder he’d rather not explore. But here was was. Quite literally  DRAGGED  into the situation with very little room for escape— they’d probably already seen him.

         “ I  COULD  do that, but it’s not that easy to single them out without being close enough. I might make the whole vicinity tired if I do it from a distance. ” Similar to charming someone, it was always easier to be able to have some sort of connection for an immediate and contained outcome. A held gaze or the lightest touch. Simply letting  LOOSE  his influence ran risk of flooding the area. Unless… “ We could always  BAIT  them closer. ”

               “ And why the hell would I wanna do that ?? ” The elder asked, immediately making a face at the other’s suggestion. Yeah, sure, he wanted the witches off his tail, but at the same time he knew exactly what the other was proposing and there was no way in the entirety of Devildom that he was going to play live bait AGAIN. Moving his hands from a plea, he placed them on his hips in thought.

     Alright guys, this might be unpopular opinion and it might come across a bad way but I just need to get this out. And I’d  REALLY  appreciate if anyone disagrees with me that they don’t come at me saying, “ Oh you like, Belphie. Of course you feel this way. ” Because while I do love Belphie that point is completely unrelated to this opinion and said opinion regards how much I don’t like Lucifer or the way I’ve seen the fandom  NOT  address his shit.
