Someone indulge me in my unrequited love headcanon, my head is full

Kodya is still in love with the older Gyrus, but younger Gyrus is in love with Kodya— at least, those were the vibes I got from the more recent chapters :')

Younger Gryus holds so much admiration and love for Kodya but he's still in love with the man that taught him and gave him so much and just. It hurts

I started reading a couple of webtoons and I have to say after finishing Hooky and Room of Swords, WHAT THE ACTUAL-

i dunno about you but i firmly believe that edgyyrus' hip cutouts are because he's wearing a leotard :)

so i binged ros for the first time yesterday and here are some of my thoughts:

i kinda miss tori and gyrus' dynamic before the reset in the beginning; it felt like the story was flirting with the idea of a relationship with those two since she got to be with him and grow with him for a bit and stuff but it began to focus more on kodya and gyrus instead which im not complaining about but yeah

speaking of which, i also love how this story handles lgbtq+ relationships. there's no emphasis on labels and stuff but just "i love him" or "i love her" and it's left at that. it's very refreshing to see how natural it all plays out.

i actually really don't like ragan. she treats people horribly and they justify her inconsiderate behavior with how protective she is but that's just toxic. she's awful to neph and worse to tori and syl. she may be friendlier to her colleagues but i'm still eh about it. she was a little better before the whole incident, but even then she couldn't even take a hint that gyrus was tired or wanted to be alone. she's not inherently a bad person or anything; she's just not a character i vibe with.

currently thinking about those quieter moments after gyrus woke up from a bad nightmare and kodya's just stroking his back and whispering sweet nothings to get him to fall back asleep and it's the fourth time this week and he's looking pale and we love a caring bf, kodya my heart you simp stop that

i may just write a drabble about it. i literally will.

but for real, this was one of the most engaging storylines ive read in a while. the world building and character development and plot development are absolutely outstanding and i can't wait for more.
