pretty sure the artist is vaxxman! the first comic you mentioned is this "A Comic on the Teufort 9 at a Grocery Store" and the second one is "Gullywash Comic"

i remember someone on this site made a tf2 shopping trip comic

what i remember of it is that some shipment didn't happen so engie sent heavy, medic, spy and scout to the store with a list of stuff to get, with heavy and medic getting confused on measurement conversions and scout getting tackled for trying to get a chick to go back to base with them.

the artist also made a comic about medic getting autobalanced on one of the maps (i don't know maps so i don't know which one)

but i can't find either post and i can't remember the artist name. help?
