🐾 Activities;

🍖 Imagine you run a little puppy café - Write a list of all the delicious snacks, drinks, n foods you'd like to make or eat while being a puppy! Sorta like a menu- maybe even invite other puppies or supportive human friends over to enjoy !

🍖 Buy cute puppy-themed stationary items and a (fuzzy) journal !

🍖 Spend some time finding photos that feel like you, and some aesthetic pictures, and put them in your journal !

🍖 Write puppy-space concepts, and / or draw your puppy-self !

🍖 Take a walk, and journal what you sense and feel- maybe make some quick sketches !

🍖 Make a complete list of all your current puppy gear !

🍖 Make a puppy wishlist !

🍖 Write about what you did and felt today! Of course you can make it pretty with fun stickers and doodles, but don’t over-exert yourself or feel the need to !

🍖 Find / make human-body-safe recipes (bonus- cook/bake it, and take a photo to put in your journal) !

🐾 Other;

🍖 Routines ! List all the things you do to get ready for the morning, what you do in the afternoon and / or what happens before bedtime ! Make sure you decorate the page !

🍖 Mood / habit tracker! For each day of the week, you should see about tracking your puppy moods and habits ! Record how you felt and what you did (if you can't remember, it's okay!) at the end of each day- maybe even set goals, and check them off when you do them !

🍖 Rules ! If you don't have an owner, you can always give yourself (fair and healthy) rules! If you do have an owner ask them to write your rules down, or do it yourself, so you won't forget !

🍖 Puppy Reward Points ! If you have an owner (or not, this is totally possible without one !), have them help set up a reward-system for you ! For example, you clean your room and get 3 puppy points! You need 30 puppy points, and once you reach that goal you get a big present (not just treats) - This works great for puppies like me who have a bad lack of motivation or physical energy !

🍖 Draw your stuffies and make them an adopt/birth certificate ! Write their name, and gender! if you feel like it you can write where they were "born" (aka, bought, found, or gifted!) and what kind of species they are- maybe even fears, personality, likes and dislikes, and dreams !

🍖 If you buy toys or collect things that have collector's sheets, you could put them in your journal, or make something else entirely- just for them ! This way you can keep track of which ones you have / want, and which one you don't have / don't want !

- I don't know why, but I felt like compiling together this post, for all my other dogs who find it hard to entertain and distract their puppy brains. This post isn't nearly done, and I'll be editing it quite frequently so make sure to check back in, and I'd love suggestions ! By the way, your journal can be either traditional or digital - I personally love Notion for online, and this notebook. Anyway, I hope you enjoy ! ૮(` ཬ ´)ა
