she has as much respect for insects and arachnids and etc as she has for the creatures usually considered 'cute' by people. they have a role to play in maintaining ecosystems, no matter how creepy they might look, and generally speaking, she's not squeamish. of course, cockroaches in your house is not the same as, idk, centipedes in their natural habitat. still, her approach to things is keeping your environment tidy to avoid the creepy crawlies going there in the first place, and if they end up there anyway, then you deal with them (the cockroaches are dying, but spiders for example are probably captured and released somewhere else). she never uses insecticides though and even mosquito repellents are natural things like copaiba oil rather than chemicals.

i know kda ahri is still like a fox person but i think i'll say nidalee is human rip. idk tho i like her fluffy ears from the lor design and the idea she can shift into a big cat and eat a man whole --

nida is from an indigenous tribe in brazil bc i can (not from the amazon btw and will judge anyone for assuming that's the case)

she has a biology degree and planned to work with that, while music was more of a hobby. she started playing/singing in bars and such to make some extra money while studying and that was how her music career started. from local phenomenom eventually she became a worldwide famous singer and songwriter

it was only after she was already established in music that she started her own brand of clothes — with a heavy focus on ethical production and mindful of ecological impact. she tries to oversee it as closely as she can to ensure that, but work as a stylist or designer is frankly secondary.

BIG advocate of conservationist efforts actually. definitely uses her platform for that, and definitely is particularly involved with an organization dedicated to the conservation of wild cats.

she would not go through her friends' things :/ if yone wanted to share his lyrics she'd be more than happy (and honored) to see what he wrote and likely would offer all the incentive for him to make his work known, but she would not mess with his things and expose him when he didn't want that.

it's the name of her pack in their native language! it's actually written pakaa, but tumblr said that was taken, so i settled for an extra 'k' asknfdksjdf but yeah basically it's the native word her pack uses to name themselves (bonus info for you: pakiti is the word for the cubs/kittens and kupakaa the word for siblings/packmates)

i actually think it's neat lor said 'yeah nidalee eats people' tbh (her short story already suggested it with the fact she munches on the one piltie's throat but you know the lines about feeding her pack with the piltovans are *chef's kiss*) i love that she is feral i love that they didn't try to make her less feral

ok but i saw people commenting about nidalee being vastaya, and while i think she likely is technically speaking (it's suggested her origin has something to do with the kiilash, a vastaya tribe that's around the border between ixtal and shurima — and yes, what rengar is and the tribe she has a feud with because they killed her pakaa mother), or at least that is part of her heritage, she wouldn't consider herself vastaya or human. she is pretty certain there is no one exactly like her (she's lived a long time, and never met someone who was the same), but it doesn't really bother her — she has a place and a people she belongs to, and it's her pack. that they're not like, necessarily the same in a strict species sense doesn't matter at all.
