hey guys. i sincerely apologize for not being active on here. to be honest, ive been on twitter, but with all thats going on, im really just gonna switch back here.

i will be honest (and i apologize for being so blunt) my brother was murdered on the 19th of february by his girlfriend. while i appreciate every effort made by the detectives working on this case, we’re being left in the dark about everything, and it really, REALLY feels like everything claiming to “help” this case is working against us. his murderer is literally walking around free and they arent even letting us in his house to gather his things.

i wont elaborate further until more news comes to us and my family is comfortable sharing it. but benji WAS taken from us. we dont want revenge. we dont want drama. above all, we just want his belongings and for him to have a comfortable funeral. right now, only one of those things seems achievable.

my mom has started a gofundme for his funeral expenses. our starting goal is $7000 to cover his casket. if we surpass our goal the rest of the money will go to the other funeral expenses and fees that my family will handle (all fees will, of course, be going to the members in my family that are paying for the funeral)

sharing this already helps us out a lot. if you can spare any money for this at all it would help us out tremendously. we are, as im writing this, over a quarter of the way to our goal. if 1000 people donated $5 we would reach our goal and then some.

please consider helping a traumatized, grieving family by lifting this weight off our shoulders and keeping our funeral expense stresses to a minimum. it means the world to us. thank you for reading.
