Porcellionides Pruinosus* cuddle pile. Most have a bad case of the zoomies, so getting them under the macro lens is hard. Still, they're quite beautiful!

A miniscule hexapod appreciation post. All springtails. Ceratophysella species, Neanura Growae, more N. Growae, and one of a Hypogasturidae species (itty bittiest of them). All difficult to photograph, but especially the little blue ones as they are diminutive even by springtail standards.

Correlophilus Ciliatus being a gremlin. His Majesty has only cooperated with me once in his teeny life, pictured in my hair.
Yes, he has fake plants and real plants. The fake plants are necessary because I cannot keep the real ones alive enough to provide adequate cover for his incredibly dumb and anxious self.

Armadillidium Vulgare being cute.
The degree of pattern variety you can find on these little guys is ridiculous. I love them so much! These are all from my first culture that is about 4 years old now. As adorable as ever!

Armadillidium Maculatum at various stages of consuming Zucchini.
They're chill. Centered. Zen. Easy to photograph as they are almost always unbothered by my presence.

Hope you're having a really good one!!!
Sure, ask away!

Porcellio Scaber on a lotus seed pod.
They're as wonderfully difficult to photograph as they are pretty.
