I feel so much better today. Grabe pala ang na-itutulong ng jogging sa mental health and wellbeing ko.
Next week, I'll try my best na magjog at least one per weekday tas once rin ng weekend. Then I'll try na may walking at least 3 times per week. Also, I'll make sure na may lunch break ako at least one hour per week.
You can do it Pam! I know magiging busy ka na masyado pero kaya mo yan. Try your best na magkaroon ng active lifestyle. Eventually, magkakaroon na ulit ng work-life balance

Watching Ginny and Geogia made me embrace the darkness. The darkness is now consuming me.
I don't think life has a meaning now. All I want to do is to be consumed by this darkness.
Not having joy in the usual things that I do, not wanting to talk to people. That's me, but on the extreme level of the spectrum.
