I can't help thinking that the absolutely vile reactions people are having to jikook enlisting together are just.. not good for them. I mean, I don't know to what extent they are aware of it or if they care, but if they do care the situation must look really bleak to them. Enlisting together as companions was such a big and brave decision. They must have been really scared and unsure. But they wanted it and went through with it. They must have felt so relieved and happy when they learned that they'd been selected... only for people to react like this when they found out about it. Dismissing it completely at best, rabidly hating on them at worst. I wish things were different, I wish people respected jikook's closeness and decisions. But alas, that's not how things are at the moment. I'm just glad they'll have each other. I'm glad they'll be able to rely on each other and give each other comfort when times get rough. I hope they know that's all that matters in the end.
