How do you feel about the new line up for taskmaster? I feel a little bummed about it don't really recognize anyone. But maybe it is just awesome actors and actresses that I can get to know!

I tend not to put too many expectations on the series based on the cast list since whether or not I find a contestant entertaining isn’t always related to if I am a fan of them outside the show. There are so many other factors (writing, editing, group dynamics) that can really make or break it. 

The only real take-away I have from the cast reveal, is that I realised that I have seen Joe Thomas’s complete filmography. I don’t feel like I’m that type of person, but I guess I am.

Have you checked out Dara O Briains Go 8 Bit yet? Is it any good?

I have not, but his previous shows give me hope that it will be good if I do watch it.

I have noticed that 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown is back. Do you have them? And whatever happened to the original 8 Out of 10 Cats? Is it canceled? I like them both, but preferred the original.

Any idea about 8 out of 10 cats does countdown? Is the season over, cancelled or a new name? Haven't seen anything for ages...

The latest series ended in march but there should be more episodes later this year as either a new series or holiday specials
