I have never seen Doctor Who (I know!) and ALL along I have been reading Amy Pond's dialogue in GIFS  in an English accent in my head! SHE IS BLOODY SCOTTISH! MY LIFE IS A LIE.

The software is fictional, made for the video, it was done using a combination of lighting and make up!! Still, it's incredible what these things can do!!

I went to see the live screening of Coriolanus with my friends tonight. It was fantastic. Mark Gatiss made me cry. A particular scene with him was the one I found most moving. Also Alfie Enoch (Dean Thomas and Bainbridge) was in it!

Hey, I’m doing a survey on tumblr, because I am a little curious.
Like and reblog this post if you like Sherlock (BBC) better than Elementary (CBS).

Here is the post for Elementary.

It would be awful if it was Anderson that orchestrated the "Did you miss me?" fiasco, if he found out Sherlock was being exiled and he was desperate to stop him from leaving and somehow managed to take over the television sets of the entire British nation. Bit much. Don't think he could pull it off but then again, following Sherlock around would surely increase your appetite for dramatic effects.

Not to mention, STAR WARS: A LONG TIME AGO
STAR TREK: future!!!!!!
People don't seem to register this!
this just in: star trek does not become star wars with the addition of magic because star trek and star wars are INCREDIBLY DIFFERENT IN THEIR STRUCTURES OF STORY TELLING AND CHARACTER TYPES
WOW WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT

There's always a small part of me that forgets Benedict plays Sherlock, I mean he obviously does, but the way he morphs into the character in such subtle ways like posture and facial expression and voice always blows me away. I forget Sherlock isn't a real person sometimes. I dunoo if anyone else get this?

I am seeing a lot of things such as "Mycroft and Sherlock devised the whole "did you miss me" affair to keep Sherlock in London" and things of that ilk and that is possible and fair enough, I know some people  don't want him back (I really do I screamed with joy at the end of HLV), but if they don't bring him back, that will I think drastically decrease their ratings from the general audience, the casual viewer. It will probably be viewed as a cop out. People that are just casual viewers who saw HLV most likely were interested more so at the prospect of Moriarty returning than they were for anything else in season 3. For a lot of people, Season 3 was lacking in plot, in cases and mystery and they didn't care for the character based element of the season, so people's interest was piqued when they saw that Moriarty was returning and most likely will watch S4 because of this.
So, I think, in terms of the show getting viewers and keeping that viewership strong for the entirety of season 4, it would be unwise to imply that Moriarty was coming back and then not actually have it being the case. People would be disappointed. I would, but of course I would still watch, but would a casual viewer?

I once had a dream where I had sex with Benedict to this song. Oh god, if only. It was incredibly raunchy!

Unfortunately the popped coat collar and messy hair doesn't work nearly as well for me as it does for Sherlock or John.

Not the same dog, Arthur is a dachshund, Redbeard is red setter. Much larger. Plus, I read an interview with the owner of the dog who plays Redbeard saying that the dog loved Benedict. He wasn't an acting dog, the casting director saw him in a dog training class I believe.

Are you shitting me? The dog who played Red beard in His Last Vow is Martin and Amanda’s real dog Arthur.
Seriously BBC? You only have one dog!

John and Mary's daughter
If John and Mary name their daughter Gloria and then feel bad for excluding Sherlock in it, and make her middle name Scott, then the episode could be called The Arrival of Gloria Scott or something, in other words an adaptation of the original  story, The Adventure of the Gloria Scott. Plus that story is the one that features Victor Trevor.. I'm not saying that will happen, because if it did, well I would laugh my ass off for days. Gloria Scott!! It's a bloody boat.
