I know a lot of people struggle to not eat junk food because they want

And I see plenty of posts and articles explaining why you should use willpower to fight through it and resist it so you can be rewarded in the long run but why?? Reward yourself now!!
Every time you resist buying fast food/dessert/candy/ whatever you shouldn’t eat, take the money you WOULD have spent on that and put it in a jar. Didn’t get fries with your chicken wrap? Cool, add 2 dollars to your jar. No ice cream cone after school? Yes! 4 dollars in your jar! You went grocery shopping and didn’t buy packaged cookies? You went to Starbucks and got tea instead of a sugary frappe? You resisted the urge to order a pizza and made healthy food at home instead? PUT THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR JAR.
Not only will you see how much you’ve been wasting on food that’s bad for you but now you have a little stash of cash to spoil yourself with. Spa day? Vacation fund? That pet you’ve always wanted but didn’t think you had the money to support? But really, you’ll probably end up using it to buy yourself new clothes when yours become too big for you. :)

🍃🌼 August Rules 🌙🍃
These are my own set rules to follow for August, but if anyone wants to try it as well feel free:
🌿 under no circumstances more than 700 calories a day (unless cheat day)
🌿 allow yourself 1 cheat day a fortnight, but only to 1200 calories
🌿 get up everyday no later than 7:30am, and go to bed no later than midnight
🌿 drink water constantly, 2.5-3l everyday, always take your water bottle everywhere
🌿 make sure you drink your lemon detox water (lemon, ginger and cayenne pepper) once a day
🌿 ensure you have at least 2 cups of green tea a day
🌿 never eat past 8pm, if you miss it too bad, and don’t eat til 12pm (16hr fast everyday)
🌿 weigh yourself each morning that you have access to your scales, but only record every 3rd day
🌿 look at thinspo every morning and feel your hip bones, any difference?
🌿 never ever drink your calories, it’s just a waste of your money anyway
🌿 do your workout every night, even if you were working and tired, work out with ur bf if staying over
