My whole life, I’ve wanted nothing but to be like you. To be the kind of man who sacrificed for others. Who cared. Who would do anything to help another person. I wanted to be the guy someone could depend on the way I could always depend on you. The guy who made other people’s life better just by being there for them. The guy who made a difference.

That’s the only thing I regret. I wanted to earn the pride you’ve always had in me. I wanted to do something right. Make a difference to people the way you made a difference to me.

We all make decisions that not everyone understands. We all have different reasons for doing what we do. It might not always seem like it from the outside, but we're all just trying to do the best we can. Something that makes sense for one person, doesn't always make sense for another.
