grew up in busan with his parents and older siblings, being the baby of the family he was an extremely spoiled child. you could say his childhood was pretty normal, nothing out of the ordinary.

a bit of a recluse, junseo preferred staying at home reading or watching shows about crimes (true or fictional) or sci-fi.

that interest never left him, lowkey supported by his forensic scientist parents, it grew over the years.

his family was convinced he’d follow in their footsteps but he doubted he could actually stomach the profession.

it was his brother who planted the idea of doing something else related to such interests and after much deliberation he decided to try his hand at being a podcaster on the side while he finished uni.

it wasn’t much, nor was he planning on dedicating full time to that - he’d talk about true crime cases (mostly cold cases), conspiracies, etc. that interested him the most ( think buzzfeed unsolved ).

by the time he graduated his podcast had steadily grown and junseo finally decided it wasn’t such a bad idea to turn it into his actual job - making enough money to move to seoul when his parents retired and moved to jeju island.

andante share house was supposed to be a temporary place for him, a couple of months at most, until he found something more permanent but over half a year later he’s comfortable there, got used to the dynamic of the place and isn’t in any rush to move yet.

regarding his personality !! a spoiled child, a little bratty, thanks to his family he’s used to getting whatever he wants - if not, the pout + puppy eyes combo never fail him. he’s also big on skinship with those close to him, a biiig cuddler, he needs all the hugs ever. a stark contrast with his reserved and rather shy demeanor with new people - junseo didn’t have many friends growing up so he’s a little closed off at first. after that he won’t shut up about his interests if the other person ever shows the smallest of interests in them.
