“Alex what the he’ll are you doing here?!”

this is 4 years after Alex left to Kansas. Jo’s life had changed a lot since he left. She eventually moved on, and had twin boys, but one of them is sick, and diagnosed with cancer, Jo was doing her best on her own, when suddenly the boys father is back in the picture. Alex came back to Seattle with no knowledge of either of his sons.

It has been 4 whole years since the love of her life left her. Left her for a different family, and now she has to deal with the pain that he caused, and what he left behind.

Leaving her while she was pregnant with twins. Twin boys. She decided to name them Isaac, and Isaiah. Isaiah was the one who was diagnosed with cancer. Like Jo can take anymore heartache then she already has, and she was dealing with this all by herself. She was also very scared Alex would find out about them and sue her for custody.

The truth is Alex would never take his kids away from Jo. Kids need their mother and he wouldn’t want to take that away from them. He wanted them to have the best life possible.

Jo knew that Alex loved his kids even if he doesn’t know about them. All that mattered was that they are safe, and feel loved.

Alex looked at his phone still going through some old pictures of him and Jo. He and Izzie divorced about 2 years before.

Alex didn’t come because he was too much of a coward. He didn’t know how to tell her he was still in love with her. Which Jo is one of the main reasons for the divorce. Since Alex would keep a picture of her in his wallet and once Izzie found it, she was mad. Which led them to get a divorce.

Izzie was at the house at the time but was in his room, while she was downstairs with the kids. Alex sighs as he thinks about what a mistake he had made.

Izzie knocks at the door before walking into the room. She could tell he was thinking about Jo. “Alex you should be with Jo” Izzie said as she looks toward him. Alex looks at her. “No I’m fine” alex said as he sighs “no your not, I can tell you are not happy, it’s ok alex” Izzie says looking at him

“No Izzie she would never forgive me, I hurt her and I promised I wouldn’t but I did” alex says as he looks at Izzie “from what I’ve heard about her, she sounds amazing, go alex” Izzie says. Alex sighs in a sign of defeat. He nods slightly letting her know to watch the kids the next few days.

Alex was officially in Seattle since his plane had just landed and izzie agreed to keep the kids for the next few days for him. Alex rents a car and drives to the hospital. When he gets there he stands outside the hospital. He takes a deep breath before entering. He decided to look straight for Jo.

Jo was eating in the cafeteria with her sons, she takes a bite of her food as she smiles and looks at her twins. Then suddenly she sees Alex across the room in the cafeteria. Suddenly she feels she has to protect them. She catches eye sight with him. As he begins to walk up to her.

“Jo” alex said softly as he looked at her, like nothing had happened. “Alex what the hell are you doing here” Jo says looking at alex. Alex sighs “Jo I came here to talk to you, so please can we talk in maybe somewhere more private” Alex asked looking at her then he looked at the twins. Jo nodded in response. As she takes a deep breath. “Ok” Jo says

Later in the on call room

Alex was waited there for Jo, for about 30 minutes. As Jo finally walks in. “Hey” Jo says as she sighs slightly. “Hey I uh I want to tell you something” Jo simply nods as she looks at alex. “Um ok” Alex pauses for a moment as his courage builds up. “Jo, I uhm gonna start by saying I love you, and that I hope you can forgive me for what I did, I’m sorry, I’m sorry I ran, I’m sorry I left, I can’t ever live without you, I don’t want to live without you” Alex says as he sighs

“I know, but Alex, I don’t know if I can forgive you, I can’t let you leave us again” Jo says. Alex nods “you don’t have to worry, I know you don’t forgive me yet and I don’t expect you to, Im never leaving again, and I’ll wait until you are ready” Alex says looking at Jo. Jo unexpectedly kissed him on the lips. “Alex I don’t know if I forgive you but I fucking love you” Jo says which shocked Alex to hear her say those words

Hello so this takes place around season 11 or 12 when Jo is still a resident, and finds out she is pregnant. Hope you guys like it :)

Jo was sitting on the floor in the bathroom as she looked down at three positive pregnancy tests. Jo was so scared that she would be a bad mother. That her child would end up hating her. She not ready to be a mother. At least she thought.

The thought of carrying Alex’s child. Made her heart flutter. Made her feel happy about having a child. She always wanted kids, and now she’s pregnant. Pregnant with Alex’s baby. Pregnant with the baby, from the man she loves. Jo smiles. She was absolutely sure that Alex would be a good dad.

Jo is just a resident, she feels nervous of being pregnant, and the stress she might be under.

Jo decides to try and just work without thinking about it. Without thinking about this baby living inside of her. Growing in her abdomen.

Jo was glad she wasn’t on Alex’s service today. She didn’t want to tell him at the hospital. She wanted it to be at home.

The car ride to the house was in uneventful. Jo and Alex walk up to the loft as they order pizza. Jo was sitting on their couch, cuddling with Alex. “How was your day” Jo asked. he looked down at Jo lying on his chest “It was good I did some surgeries here and there” Alex smiles “how about you” Jo is lost I thought

She snaps out of it “oh it-it was good” Alex nods. He can sense something is wrong but doesn’t know what. After a few minutes of just lying there “I’m pregnant” Jo blurts out. Alex looks at Jo “what?” Alex squints his eyes “I-I’m pregnant”

Alex’s eyes widened in shock “you’re pregnant?!” Jo nods her head. “Yeah” Alex smiles as he chuckles “you’re pregnant” Jo giggles at him “yeah do you need the proof” Alex shakes his head “no it’s just I can’t believe it” Alex kisses Jo softly on the forehead. “I love you” he says

Jo smiles at Alex. “I love you too” she says softly. She kisses Alex back on the lips. They stay cuddling there until eventually they both fall asleep. In each other’s arms
