We started as an artisan sourdough bread bakery but one day we accidentally made these spelt crackers and they were good. Crazy good. Sold all over Israel good, get selfies from friends holding our crackers in crazy places around the country good. And we’re proud of Oh The Places They Will Go. Let’s say you thought we were a one-hit wonder... like... sure, they make bread but that’s it. I say... check us out. Our chef, Dikla, slays it in the dip department. At a certain point I realized I had more pictures of bread on my phone than I had of our kids. I sort of feel bad about that. :)

Here we are. Me and David. We’ve been together for 23 years. We’ve got five kids. We had a dog (he’s running free on a Kibbutz in Northern Israel these days). We opened a bakery. And then another one. And then a restaurant, a factory, workshops. Added some bakers and some more bakers. We’ve been on this journey for six years. Curious to see what happens next.
