A few years back i went through the whole text of the game and wrote down any symptoms I could find:
-Auditory hallucinations
-Pain/Numbness in fingers
-Burning pain in bones
-Dry throat/thirst
-Burning pain in eyes
-Dry skin
-Pallor
-Fever
-Dilated pupils
-Jaundice
-Slurred speech
-Slow pulse (?)
-Headache
-Dizziness (?)
-”Overloads the cardiac muscle”
-Stroke (speculated by Rubin)
-Tremors (possible, could also be attributed to fever or pain)
-Blood “boiling”
-Blood clotting
These also happen to be pretty similar to the symptoms of nightshade poisoning, interestingly enough
truly wild that in the plague game all about the plague we get such little detail on the god damn symptoms of the plague
