"NEVER GIVE UP"!!!

To me, my life has been very simple, sometimes I feel happy and sometimes I feel sad. In life full of challenges you must face it whenever you like it or not.don't be scared to face the problems that comes to your life. But what is the worst that you will encounter to your life is having a depression and anxiety. Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It's the fear of failure but no urge to be productive. It's wanting friends but hate socialising. It's wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely. It's caring about everything then caring about nothing. It's feeling everything at once then feeling paralysingly numb.

Imagine having both is just like hell, Now don't be scared to tell me how hurt you've been or how it still aches today. It's not okay to say that you're okay, and I know that sometimes you feel better not to talk, About anything, To anyone. I know you can do it I know you can surpass it. I believe in you, "Never give up"! Don't let depression and anxiety conquer you, You shouldn't always take the path of darkness but you should seek some light.continue to move forward even more people takes you down continue to walk promise yourself that you will strive the future you wants to be.

As you pursue your dreams I want you to remember this, "You can't erase the past but you can help create the future". So it's not too late to just give up and lie in your bed forever, stay strong and remember to live up in expectations of the people who truly believes in you. So by the time, every struggles and every work hard you gain it will results in a successful way.
