💦 let’s talk about hydration today 💦 . 🚨before we kick off, FOLLOW 👣 @patrick_amadeu for more 🚨 . Water is so important to our body however most people underestimate its power! . 🧐 What if you’re dehydrated? . You’ll be thirsty, tired, constipated, hungry, GAINING weight(!), having muscle cramps and so on! . 🤮 GAINING weight? . Absolutely! Our body tells us that we need water through the feeling of hunger! Instead of having a glass of water first, people simply eat! So they eat more calories than their body would need and boom 💥 they gain weight! . 🤓 You are hydrated . In that case you’ll maximise your physical performance, increase your energy levels, relieve constipation, lose weight, boost your skin health, flushes body waste and so! . 😁 How much water is enough? . Basically it’s 1l of water per 25kg of body weight! So if someone weighs 100kg, he would need AT LEAST 4l of water per day! . 🥺 You can’t drink that much? . Yes, you can! You just need to trick your mindset! When you WAKE UP, have a glass of water and from that point on have one glass every 30 minutes 🕰 . As every glass comes with 250-350mls, you will have at least 500mls of water per hour! Over 8 hours -> 🎯 4l! . 🥵Obviously if it’s hot out there or you’re sweating a lot due to exercising then you’ll need to have an additional litre of water! . 🚽 Yes, the bathroom is going to be your best friend but hey, that’s ok 👍🏼 . 🗣tag a friend now and let me know how much water you have per day! 🚨 Lat Pull Down 🚨 . Did you know that wide grip lat pull downs or pull ups work less of your lats than narrower ones? 🤔 . Using a narrow grip will increase your range of motion! It will engage your lats even more and you can use more weight! And of course all of these will result in greater growth 💪🏼 . Personally I never do super wide grip pull ups. A bit more than shoulder width is the max I do! 👈🏼 . When I do lat pull downs I use a V attachment and that makes my lats burn like crazy 😜 🔥 . You can get it nearly anywhere on this planet and you can cook it in pretty much endless variations! . 🤓However, sometimes there is the question how many calories are actually in that chicken sitting on your plate?! 🧐 . 🐓 You can get chicken mainly in four different variations such as breast, thighs, wings or drumsticks. Each of them contains a different amount of calories and a different proportion of protein to fat. . 👆🏼Remember, chicken with skin adds a significant amount of calories and fat! What an incredible time I had in Canada 🇨🇦 Even though I was kinda out of the game due to men flu. Haha I know I need to get some concrete on board to harden up. But really - the Rocky Mountains were incredible and the only downside was that despite smiling on this pic I felt like crap, couldn’t eat anything and thinking about hitting the gym made me feeling even more sick 🤕 Anyway, back to life again so let’s pump it out 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 (at Fairmont Banff Springs)
