Family Trip to Bohol

Whenever my friends are talking about the best places to visit, Bohol is always mentioned. Luckily, Cebu Pacific had a seat sale and my family was able to book roundtrip tickets to Bohol for a very affordable price. On March 2020, our trip finally came about and I experienced my second plane ride!

We arrived at the Tagbilaran airport without too much hassle and we rode a van to get to the resort where we reserved a family room. The place was beautiful with its own pool and cabins made of local materials. It’s almost like paradise. It’s also very close to the beach which is definitely a plus factor.

After settling down at our hotel room, we immediately had lunch and headed out to the beach. The sand is almost white and the water is warm and blue. There were many foreigners and local tourists sunbathing and swimming in the beach. My family spent the whole afternoon soaking in the sun.

The next day, we had a day tour and we were picked up by our tour van. We visited the Chocolate Hills, Man made Forest, Xzootic Animal Park, Tarsier Conservation Area and Loboc River Cruise. It was a tiring but amazing day!

We spent our last day in Bohol just hanging out in the beach and eating at the famous The Buzzz Cafe. They have the best homemade ice cream!

We then headed to the airport and went back to Manila. This trip is definitely one that I will never forget and we will surely be coming back.
