What a day it has been! So full of gratitude right now. First it was International Podcast Day where I hosted a Jamaican Meet Up at @bookophilia (unfortunately my co-host @ingridrileyjm couldn't make it). My fellow podcasters shared their journey, tips, pointers, advantages, etc of podcasting To top off this event, I received a surprise token from a young couple who has been following my journey a while now. It was the most amazing gift. Here's why, I just concluded a 4- day virtual conference where I brought 18 speakers from 4 countries. One of my speakers, Lisa Ryan of Grategy, spoke on "Gratitude as a Strategy for Employee Engagement. It's funny his she made the point of a gratitude journal. Gratitude is an attitude for me but having an actual journal is something I decided to actually start. Kelli Cooper spoke on the Law of Attraction as a Success Strategy. Why did I bring this up? Well the surprise token I got was a gratitude journal. Another case in point that we get what we focus on. @yaniquewagrant @anissabholmes @pastennett @internationalpodcastday After that, nhen it was time to quickly make a transition to perform my hosting duties at the Portmore Unites Church's Ruby Anniversary Appreciation Awards at the Knutsford Court Hotel.
