Winter landscapes without the snow is pretty triste. All the trees lost their leaves and everything is gray and brown. The sunset are beautiful though, if there are any.

It snowed three more days. It stopped late afternoon and I ventured out. Needed to get some cheese cake, pain au Chocolat, a preztel and a Mexican sandwich from the corner bakery. . Temperature -3°C, feels like -7° C. Here are a few photos. The street where I live, a tree in front of the house, another part of the street on the way back from.the bakery. The next photos are from around the Eisbachwelle. One surfer gets ready to head home on her bicycle, one action shot of a surfer then shot from the overpass and one picture of a walkway in the English Garden.

First snow during our first Winter in Munich. The cold has been a challenge but daily walk help with getting used to wearing several pound of clothes, gloves and a tuck. But it's time to buy some warmer coat and jacket. Layering only gets me so far.

The photo above is the Bavarian National Museum along Prinzregentenstraße. Below a view from our apartment, another one from the rooftop terrace and the last photo depicts the Eisbachwelle with a single surfer. It just so very cold.
