This is a fake company which exists only for the name sake. He actually uses it to traps the homeowers in his scam He  was arrested earlier and released on the bail. Once out he started another scam with the company name livvehomes.com Earlier he did the same with stayyingout.com.

The company is just for the namesake. It pretends to offer rental accommodations to the prospective rentals. They pretend to homeowners/flatowners to rent their flats to them. They say no to deposit but asks to furnish the property before taking on rent. They offer help for the same. Once home owner agrees they ask Rs 2 lakhs to Rs 6 lakhs for the furnishing the flat. Once home owners pays the money they will stop communicating with the owner. The flat is never furnished nor the rent is paid.

The company is operated by Josy Mathew a.k.a. Mohan Gokulam (this is a fake name) and his wife Lily. The company is for the namesake, properly registered, however its only purpose is to convince the homeowners the genuineness of their rental business. In reality there is not a single flat rented by them, nor they pay rent to the homeowners.

This is how they operate:

They browse the listing on the online property advertising websites, such as www.magicbrick.com, www.99acres.com etc.

They select the properties located in the upscale areas of the city- mostly in Pune, Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai.

They select those which are unfurnished. Their representative will contact the owners of those properties and send them the proposal to rent their property by telling them they don't offer deposits but pay higher rent and rent the property with upto 4 years lock in period. They promise to 10% yearly increase in the rent.

Then asks them to contact Mohan Gokulam (Josy Mathew). Once contact is established Josy Mathew explains the his model. He asks owners to get their flat furnished and offers help in doing so. If the owners don't agree to get it furnished through him, the deal does not proceed further.

If the owner agrees a detailed list of furniture, appliances with the attractive prices is sent to the owner. Once owner is convinced, he asks for upfront payment of the 3 to 6 lakhs Rs for furnishing and interior. Once owner transfers the money to the account, Josy Mathew's work gets completed. Apartment NEVER gets furnished nor any interior is done.

He is not doing this first time. he is doing it since 2014. He was arrested twice and currently on bail. He is on the run. Many FIRs are filed on him in different police station across India.

DO NOT GO ON POSITIVE REVIEWS ON MANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITES LIKE mouthshut or google. They are all fake. Recently mouthshut gave him 'verified' status. Don't ever believe in this status. One can get it if ready to pay. Mouthshut now deletes all the negative reviews on livvehomes.

He has propagated many fake news in the prominent newspapers about the the seed funding by angel investors for his startup etc...ALL ARE FAKE.

I know many other people who are duped by him for the  amount from 2.5 Lakhs to Rs 5.5 Lakhs and even more. He was beaten up once when caught. He resumed the activities again after coming out on bail.

I used to think detective agencies were there to help people, but a recent experience I had with the Venus Detective Agency in Noida was beyond appalling. Basically, they are thieves who prey on people's needs and weakness. The agency is located in Noida, India at A-36, 3rd Floor, Sector 4, Uttar Pradesh 201301. They use the phone number +91-9711637032 and +911204529474, which they don't bother answering once they get your money and you challenge them for not doing any work. They are a prime example of how not to be a detective agency and what to look out for as a potential customer. This is my personal Venus Detective Agency review from my experience.
