Weekends provide us with plenty of time to prepare lengthy dishes. Making koftas is obviously one of them.

Basically koftas are similar to the family of meatballs. The heavenly feeling of minced meat in koftas are just amazing! But generally they gained so popularity and won so many hearts that in Bengal people started to make koftas out of the most common ingredients of their own kitchen gardens. Thus, besides the authentic meaty koftas, Bengal generated raw banana koftas, shrimp koftas, fish koftas, pumpkin koftas, lentils koftas, paneer koftas and so on.

Making koftas are laborious no doubt but a passionate cooking soul loves to take challenges. Cooking gives me the utmost pleasure. 💕 So, the labour seems worth it when I serve the dish into the plates. ☺️ Wish you all a very happy weekend. 💗💗 Keep following
