I've finally found some time to finish Lucretia's room. I'm not entirely sure if I like this or not, but it will have to do.

Ramona's room is finally finished. It looks a little dark maybe for a beach house but I wanted to pick up the colours of the wooden headboard and I kinda like the brown walls. It looks quite peaceful and calming to me.

I've just started a make over of the Parrott sisters house in Sunlit Tides. So far I've finished the kitchen/dining room, living room and Clementine's bedroom.

Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I've had some health issues and haven't been able to use the PC for very long. It affects my hands to the point where I'm in considerable pain.

I'm also in the process of building a house (a real one) and that is taking up time as well. Who knew building a house from scratch would be so time consuming. It only takes me a few days in The Sims. I'm not actually building the house myself, but it's still a long process getting it to the finished stage.

I hope to be back into The Sims 3 shortly. I still haven't made up my mind whether I'll get Sims4 or not. The comments I've read so far aren't very glowing.

I’m sad because a lot of blogs I like are choosing TS4 and completely dropping TS3. I just want to know if at least some people are sticking with TS3 or both TS3 and TS4

Shang Simla Part 2:

I redid the two bedrooms; a double room and a family room. There is a dorm room as well but I haven't any pics of it. There's a communal bathroom on both floors. I included an outdoor spa and there's also an area where the Simmies can practice their martial arts on the dummies and blocks.

It took me ages to do this makeover, but it was worth the effort. I've tried to stick to no cc but I used a teeny tiny bit..... it was a couple of pictures and the curtains in the bathroom.

My makeover of Shang Simla Part 1.

I didn't touch the structure of the building but just changed the room layout. Downstairs we have the kitchen/dining room; reading/lounge room; games room with pool table; sauna/massage room and a gym. Outside is a bar area. There's also a small reception area at the entrance.

I just noticed that I've forgotten to do the ceiling. It looks pretty awful.

Just a quick update to let you know I'm still alive. I've been busy making over the basecamps at Champs La Sims and Shang Simla. My latest Simmie is an adventurer and I hated the basecamps as they are practically empty shells with a few necessities. 

I've posted a photo of the new and improved Shang Simla. I'll post more later so you can see what I've been up to.

All righty then. I've finished decorating the Sweet sisters house. I got tired of seeing the stupid icon letting me know the room was unfinished. I hope she likes it. My game froze just after I finished and I had to shut it down and start from scratch. I also included a shot of the study area at the top of the stairs.

I might move on from the Sweet sisters shortly. The bakery is not working how I would like, unfortunately.

Working on a live-in cooking school in Sunlit Tides. Students start out with Waffles 101 and work their way up to Sushi and Spaghetti over the course of 21 days. My Sim Fran Mortinez is going to attend class here and make many burnt things.
