Historical Makeover Challenge

Rules: Take one or more sims and change their clothing to suit a different time period. Pick whichever period you like. Then post pics of how they normally dress and their makeover.

I had another concept in my mind, also involving old japan and was actually with Leelo as main but then I thought, well, why not?  The Allied - and more specifically US’- occupation of Japan after WWII persisted for 7 years (from ‘45 to ‘52) and meant a lot for the nation, especially because marked the first time a foreign force - just read it as ‘white ppl’ - took control of the country. Reese/Risa is not entirely japanese - could be considered a zainichi since Blake is half korean - but I imagined her mom would absolutely live in Japan and so her child. Also the idea of an hypothetical love story between an american soldier and a japanese geisha was tempting me

Hi I'm not big in the simblr community, im just here to post fun screenshots and download cc but I gotta speak up. What happened with @cowconuts is gross. They apologized for what they said, they admitted they didn't realize the word was bad and said they shouldn't have used it. The fact that they're essentially getting bullied off for not posting all their simblereen cc is stupid and childish. I truly hate cancel culture and the fact that an apology isn't accepted anymore unless it's paragraphs long is the most bullshit thing. I hope they stay and continue to make cc but I really don't blame them if they don't stay on Tumblr after how they've been treated. I said my peace, go off and cancel me sis or whatever, I stand where I stand.
