I'm still thinking of Gen. Hot take but people who draw him with barely any scars on his face are cowards. He canonically is covered in scars! And having scars doesn't make him ugly. He's still just as handsome, just as pretty, and the scars don't take away from that

Like this is the only glimpse we get from Bliz, from the animated shorts. You can see the marring on his cheeks. (You can also see his pretty brown eyes but I digress)

Scarring doesn't mean anything bad. Plus, with the modern advances in medical technology, he could have easily gotten plastic surgery to remove them. But he even says they're a reminder of who he was, where he came from, and how he's moved beyond that point in his life. He's healed internally, and that's what matters.

you need to go up to the one that "doesn't seem like much", who's very average in what they do and how they present themselves, and just offer them a hug. they might be confused at first, but they still accept. and they quickly go from thinking its strange, to then feeling a warm wave in them, that carries into their whole body, making them close their eyes as they lay their head on your shoulder. they cant help but let you know theyre there for you too, which you say you already know, giving them a little squeeze in your arms.

you need to make your way to the emotional one. the one who you usually need to watch out what you say and do around them, least they then begin to overthink and imagine you dont love them anymore, or they become upset, feeling a rage build up towards themselves and the situation that was created. gently take their hands in yours, beginning to rub your thumb on the back of their palm. you can look them in the eyes, and tell them how much you love them, and that you'll always care for them. they might be completely speechless, to which you can smile at and just look into their eyes. or they instantly sob right in front you, and you can wipe their tears from their cheek and let them know its okay to let it all out.

you need to go up to the tough one. they dont show much when it comes to feelings or opinions, they usually do everything themselves, in their own way, without getting others involved, or being a part of other peoples business. you go to them, just standing next to them silently, and when they dont seem busy, offer a quiet corner to go to. they agree, because well, its you, and once there, you just look up at them in silence. you both dont say anything, just look into each others eyes and let whatever feelings form show themselves. they may let you touch them, hold their hand, even hug them. or, in a twist, they may do it to you, gently grabbing your hands to hold tight, or taking your shoulders and pulling you into them. you both enjoy it in silence, just loving each others company to death in that moment.

you need to go to that silly one, the one who jokes and plays around, never really taking anything seriously. you hang out with them until you finally get to that point in the day where the silly persona is starting to wear off, and they cant keep it up for long. you can tell they don't enjoy that side of them, or dont want you to see them like that. but you sit next to them, take their shoulder, and pull them to lean into your side. you call them silly, saying they dont need to act a certain way for you to still love them. you'll always like them, even in moments where they dont make you laugh. they might not say anything, or they'll let out a long sigh. or maybe, they'll even chuckle before it turns into tiny little cries. you just hold them, letting them have their moment of vulnerability.
