Announce to your lee that you will be absolutely wrecking them today. No specific time. Just sometime that day.
Every once in a while, just sit down very close to them with a playful look on your face. Additionally, make movements as if you're right about to tickle them every once in a while. For example, do that claw-esque shape with your hands and slowly reach out your hand towards them – just to grab the TV remote next to them. Enjoy their nervous laughter. :)
Strike when they last expect it. There is even more to enjoy with that cute, surprised laughter-ish sound at the beginning of it.
Follow up with a bit of teasing.
"Don't think that I forgot about you~."
"This is what you have been craving all day long, is it not?"
Give them a kiss on the forehead or so at the end to make up for the first part. Perhaps a bit of aftercare.

underrated trope: a character who genuinely, fully, 100% believes that they aren’t ticklish. they think they’ve outgrown it, or that they’re so good at turning it off, or no one has ever tried so they just really think they aren’t!!
and then, a friend or a partner comes around that proves them wrong. whether it’s finding just one little spot that gets a reaction, or discovering that they are actually super sensitive.
the shock, the surprise, the unfamiliarity. the ‘i trust you enough to not turn it off’ of it all. the ‘you are the one person that can get this reaction out of me’ moment!!

Tickle RP Prompt #2 - Ms. White's Test Subject
“Now, place your arms and legs in the appropriate restraints” The doctor guided you with a calm, non-chalant voice.
You carefully follow her instructions, introducing your arm through a series of shackles, designed to force someone with more strength than you ever had to keep their arms straight up over their head without moving an inch. As you do this, a set of robotic arms attached to the doctor’s back tighten and secure your restraints to the exact size and force necessary to keep you in place.
You nervously turn your head to the doctor. Dressed in all white, with her flawless pale skin and her soft white hair, she almost looked like an apparition. Her light blue eyes look back at you, expressing next to no emotion. “Is something wrong?” she asks, in a monotone scientific voice.
You try to say something, but the words are stuck in your throat. You can only shake your head as your legs and ankles are tightly restrained, before your toes are tied back with a resistant plastic string.
“Very well” the doctor responded. “We will be processing a few experiments on your cognitive abilities today. I will begin tickling you at the same time i ask you the answer to a mathematical equation. As soon as you give me the correct answer, we will pass on to the next one. When you have given me 10 correct answers, the experiment will be concluded, and i will stop tickling you.”
You nod your head in understanding. Your body strains in anticipation as the six robotic arms that tightened your restraints now begin whirring and hissing at you, like tickle monsters come to life. Their fingers seem to open up, revealing small round brushes and jigsaws made of feathers. They strike down on your most ticklish spot with a simultaneous swing, causing you to erupt with laughter.
“Perfect. Question number one - the square root of eight is equal to three times…?”
