Henford House

Hi all! It's been a really long time since I've shared a download but I'm back with something special. This build was originally just supposed to be for my personal gameplay, but it turned out much grander and more interesting than I planned, so I decided to share it. It's a Georgian style estate set in the English countryside complete with a stable, walled garden, and space for chickens and other animals. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a basement with a gym and wine cellar.

Even though I'm sharing a download link with CC, I don't really recommend doing that since it's a huge file and downloading large folders of cc can be messy for various reasons. You should probably download it from the gallery or just use the tray files and skip the cc folder. But the cc folder is there if you're crazy and want to download it. I recommend having most packs by Felix & Harrie, Pierisim, Max20, Tuds, KKB & TaurusDesigns. (You should already be using everything from these creators because they are iconic!!).

˚ʚ♡ɞ˚ BOBA TEA TALES LEGACY CHALLENGE: BASE GAME VERSION ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

For those wanting a base game version of Boba Tea Tales, here it is! A huge shoutout to @tomatosoupcat and alvdrien who wrote the base game version together.

GENERAL RULES

Each generation will represent 1-3 colors. You must dress up your sim and decorate their houses in their color theme. OPTIONAL: match their hair color and eye color to the theme colors.

Complete each given skill, career, and aspiration unless the goals state otherwise.

Starting budget: 1k-20k simoleons (you decide your amount!)

Play on whatever lifespan YOU feel comfortable playing on.

No money cheats unless stated otherwise!

If you roll a topping that gives you twins or triplets, you ARE allowed to cheat for them so your sim is  guaranteed to have twins or triplets.

Generation 1: Brown Sugar

You loved cooking all your life. You loved creating and growing your own fresh ingredients for your dishes. However, as time went on in your life, you felt like something was missing. You are starting to burn out of this busy life so you decide to quit your job, pack up everything, and move to a whole new world. Maybe the simplicity of the country lifestyle is what you truly wanted all this time?

Colors: Brown & White Aspiration: Master Chef & Freelance Botanist  Career: Culinary & Selling produce  Traits: glutton, good  Skills: cooking, gardening, fishing 

Goals: 

Roll for a random topping to get your 3rd trait & kid requirements

Work in the culinary career as a young adult

Move out of the bustling city/town to a more suburban or countryside world as an adult and start making money through gardening

Marry a sim with the Loves Outdoors trait

Complete half of the Master Chef aspiration

Generation 2: Blueberry

You lived a comfortable life growing up on the farm with your family. You go into the business career because you knew it was a simple job that pays decently well. However, everyday was the same. Wakeup, get ready for work, get back home, sleep, and repeat. You’re tired of that. You quit your job all together and with the money you saved up, you decide to start traveling the world! You start a Simstagram for your traveling adventures and pick up part-time jobs to keep doing what you love.

Colors: Blue & Purple Aspiration: The Curator  Career: Business & Part-time jobs  Traits: non-committal, loves the outdoors  Skills: fitness, charisma, photography  

Goals:

Roll for a random topping to get your 3rd trait & kid requirements

Reach level 3 of the Business career before you start vacationing

Make money through part-time jobs once you quit the Business career

Travel to different worlds or neighborhoods

Have a one night stand with someone you met while traveling and get pregnant/partner gets pregnant

Never get married

Continue to travel until the next generation’s heir is a young adult

Max out the fitness, charisma and photography skills

Generation 3: Matcha

Growing up, you traveled everywhere with your parent and you saw them struggling with money. You knew you didn’t want that for yourself so you studied as much as you could to get a good job. You would do anything to get ahead in your career until you bump into your work rival who ruins your plans. You try to befriend them and pursue them thinking it will benefit you. However, you start catching feelings for them. What will you do? Fall in love or break their hearts?

Colors: Light Green Aspiration: Fabulously Wealthy  Career: Secret Agent (Diamond Agent Branch)  Traits: jealous, materialistic  Skills: logic, writing, fitness 

Goals:

Roll for a random topping to get your 3rd trait & kid requirements

Befriend and pursue your ‘Work Rival’ for your own benefit (can be a co-worker if a work rival doesn’t pop up)

Decide whether you either truly fall in love or break your work rival’s heart once you reach the top of your career

Go to the gym every weekend

Complete the Secret Agent (Diamond Agent Branch) Career

Max out the logic, writing, and fitness skills

Generation 4: Passionfruit Mango 

Your parent made you pick up the violin and piano as a child. Turns out, you’re really good at it and you love music! You dedicate most of your life to music until you meet someone who will change your life forever. You introduce them to your family, but they do not approve of your partner because they don’t fit the ideal lifestyle your parent had for you. With the disapproval from your parent(s), will you continue to follow their ideal lifestyle for you or follow your own passion?

Colors: Yellow & Orange Aspiration: Musical Genius  Career: Entertainment (Musician Branch)  Traits: ambitious, loner  Skills: piano, violin, painting 

Goals:

Play the piano and violin throughout your childhood and teen years

Generation 5: Sakura

Your parents were the perfect couple, they were the definition of love. When working at the bar, you constantly get reminded of your parents, seeing all the drunk couples having fun. You’re great at your job, but it seems like you have trouble finding love for yourself. You go on multiple dates and your particular favorite dates are where you can show off your mixology skills. Your dream is to be able to mix drinks for your future partner one day.

Colors: Pink Aspiration: Serial Romantic  Career: Culinary (Mixologist Branch) Traits: loner, hot-headed Skills: charisma, mixology, comedy 

Goals:

Have a high school BFF

Generation 6: Dragon Fruit

Your parents were all about love, and it made you sick to your stomach! Love? That doesn’t exist. So you spend your time breaking up happy couples because it’s fun. You love seeing people be absolutely miserable. You are just truly evil.

Colors: Dark Red & Purple Aspiration: Villainous Valentine  Career: Criminal (Boss Branch)  Traits: evil, snob  Skills: charisma, mischief, handiness 

Goals:

Marry a sim with money but shortly after your newlywed spouse has a “tragic” accident

Generation 7: Taro

You distanced yourself from your family because you knew they weren’t good people. You found a special interest in rockets, science, and frogs! You were really into your academics because you wanted to get away from your family. One day, you decide to attend a party your friends invited you to and you meet someone there. You hit it off! You spend a lot of time with them and get really close. But uh oh! One day, you hear the news that there is a baby on the way so unfortunately, you take a break from your work life. You struggle with a part-time job as you dedicate most of your time to your child and this frog you found one day, but eventually, you are able to pursue your dream career as an Astronaut!

Colors: Light Purple Aspiration: Nerd Brain  Career: Astronaut  Traits: genius, bookworm  Skills: handiness, logic, rocket science 

Goals:

Play chess regularly as a teen

SAN MYSHUNO BASTION SPIRE

Groundbreaking in 1989, and completed in 1997 under the joint effort of The Lesmana Enterprise Co., Ltd and Landgraab Power Systems, San Myshuno Bastion Spire is the tallest arts center building in the world at 435 meters ground to tip.

Enjoy strolling around the gallery, painting, crafting, studying in the public library, or various choices of places to eat on the lower deck of the Spire.

The Spire is accessible directly via Arts Quarter station, situated right below the tower.

The spire may need time to load before you can interact with everything smoothly, so please be patient.

In addition to that, when editing the tower using BB, please DO NOT drag walls, as it interferes with the tower's main frame, and may cause it to dissapear.

Greek wedding venue

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I’m sharing with you a Greek wedding venue inspired by the beautiful Santorini and its churches. I built two options for your sims. They can get married in this cute Santorini church or they can also get married outdoors.
