Class 14, Homework 2: What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is a software that has comes in multiple packages that helps you store and access files with your peers and coworkers. With Dropbox you are able to work together with other on multiple files and be able to drop files in at anytime. All the files are secure and storing files is very easy. There is the basic free version of Dropbox but there are other version in which more features are available.
Dropbox has two other plans that a business or individual can choose from and have a multitude of features. The first is the Advanced which would cost 20/ a month and you get as much storage as you need plus Device approvals and others. The Enterprise option is the most likely the most expensive as it doesn’t show the price but comes with everything the advanced does but with more like network control.

Knowledge Token (Knowken) blog post + Facebook post
Education to children can be very boring at times and some may not want to learn at all. A lot of children have a hard time figuring out how to make school more interesting and let alone pay attention to technology. Technology can very boring and can seem like it should be left to someone else instead. This is where blockchain and Knowledge Tokens or Knowkens can help promote goals and learning habits in today’s youth.
Blockchain and cryptocurrency is the main part of Knowkens and what basically lives up to. It is the most technological part of the system helps children understand the concepts of the technology and strive to have learn it. The Tokens give more of an understanding of Cryptocurrency and how they work almost like real money in a sense. The blockchain part helps the kids understand how to keep the transactions and files safe and hard to get into.
By giving Knowkens to children in education you are setting up the skill of making goals for the children. With Knowkens there is also a store in which you are able to trade in your knowkens for real things such as iPads, computers, Minecraft and others. With a goal in mind the children will automatically set a goal for themselves on which item they want the most and try to set a path to get to that item. By doing so the child will pay more attention to the class and actually develop the skills that they learn in class.
The best part of Knowkens is that it can actually be used to pay for tuition at certain colleges. This can help with students who may not be able to afford college. Schools who use knowkens will be able to see the difference that it makes with the children in all aspects such as improvement in work ethic, ability to retain information and apply the skills learned. Class 14: Searching Slack
Slack’s search feature is a very simple concept but a ver effective one. It helps to be able to search for a specific person that you would like to talk to. You are able to search up files that someone or even you might have posted. Overall I believe this little addition can be extremely helpful if you are constantly on slack and conversing with multiple chats and need to find someone or something fast

Class 13, Homework 4: Knowledge Token blog post
I have heard of the term “Knowledge Token” before and I know that it is a type of cryptocurrency. It was brought up during the summit by none other than Professor Walsh and the people that actually went to the summit actually got a few of the coins themselves. Immersive are using this Cryptocurrency for schools and education purposes in order to get others to learn about Cryptocurrencies. These tokens can be redeemed at a specific store on the Immersive website for cool products such as Minecraft and others. Here is a link to know about the Token and overall target of Immersive. http://ImmersiveEducation.org/LearnToEarn

Class 13, Homework 1: Turning Microsoft Office documents into Google files
Eery file that I had created on either Word, Excel, or Powerpoint was uploaded to Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. I had expected some stuff to mess when transitioning the documents such as the picture in excel being messed up on sheets but that didn’t happen.

Class 11, Homework 3: Hypertext Markup Language (HTML).
HTML is basically the skeleton of any webpage and builds the webpage up with the help of other tools such as CSS and JavaScript. One thing to note about HTML is that it is not a programming language and it is a common mistake to think so. I have learned that there is multiple versions of HTML and they each have been released with a major update to HTML and change it forever. HTML had a predecessor called SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language) and basically is no longer used.
HTML uses tags to show what is what on the page. For example the <p></p> means that it is a paragraph tag and whatever is typed between the tags will be a part of this paragraph tag. When you use a tag you have open it like this <p> and to close a tag you need to do the same but with a back slash </p>.
For an HTML page you have to decide with what language the page is going to be in and how the viewer will see the page. For example by writing lang=“” and whatever language you want to use. When having an HTML page you need to have a body tag to show what is going to be apart of the body of the page and it is almost like the body a letter.

Class 11, Homework 5B: My own Prezi presentation
I decided to make a Prezi presentation of the console gaming report that I wrote for this class. That report was based on the Nintendo Switch. I enjoyed writing this report and with that I enjoyed making this presentation and with the right template in my opinion I feel like I did a good job.
