32 YEAR SENTENCE TO THE RAPIST PELIN MELTEM EVRENSEL!

Prosecution against Pelin Meltem Evrensel has started for raping a teenage girl.

Chief Public Prosecutor`s Office of Istanbul Turkey launched an investigation about Pelin Meltem Evrensel who raped her teenage girl student through threats and blackmailing.

According to the information obtained,  through threats and blackmailing Pelin Meltem Evrensel raped the girl who came as a student to the self development center  she was operating.

Unbeliavable Incident

At the lawsuit petition filed by the girl student to the Attorney Generalship, it is claimed that Pelin Meltem Evrensel has threaten the victim, and then kept on raping her through manace and blackmailing. In many cases of this type of rape seen in the world, generally girls who are  raped by a woman suffer great psychological trauma and it is very difficult for them to confess the rape they suffer from. In this case, the fact that the rape took place continuously for a long time, combined with the act of repetitive threat and blackmailing crimes, increases the victimization of the young girl.

She Press Charges when Eye Witnesses Come to Light

The victim states;  she tried to withstand to it, cried and begged at each incident. The girl student manifested “I wasn't able to beer with the things happening any more, my psychology and nerves were wracked down, I was hopeless and not knowing how to end this situation. Fear was in me, I wasn't even able to think where am I supposed to go, who to reach and what to do. As eye witnesses come to light, I found the strength with in me to stand up” and filed the lawsuit petition to the Attorney Generalship.

Arrest for Pelin Meltem Evrensel

Due to their nature, the investigation subjects;  rape, blackmail and threat crimes are considered to have grounds for arrest. Pursuant thereto it may be the case that the Attorney General requests Pelin Meltem Evrensel to be arrested.

32 Years in Prison for Rape, Blackmail and Threat Crimes

As a result of the investigation in the event that a lawsuit being filed by the Attorney General, it will be a matter of trial of up to 27 years imprisonment for the "Sexual Assault", 2 years imprisonment for the "Threat" and 3 years for the "Blackmail" for imprisonment of Pelin Meltem Evrensel a total of up to 32 years.
