License
Unless otherwise stated the code is sourced not from the MCC Team or Contributors, and is available under CDDL-1.0. In the headers of the source file the original author and the license are also listed. DEEPSPACEII.COM The principal conditions of the CDDL-1.0 license are essentially the following:
- The licensed code may be used in any program you like regardless of whether the program is fully functional or not (or if you are borrowing the code). The program may be open source or closed source, free or commercial. In all cases, any modifications or improvements to the CDDL code (any code that is referenced in direct modifications to the CDDL code is considered to be an addition to the CDDL code, and so is bound by this requirement; e.g. a modification of a math function to use an extremely fast lookup table is the table itself an add-on to the CDDL code regardless of whether it's an source code file of its own) must be made available to the public and freely available in source, under the CDDL license itself. Any program, whether binary or source, that makes use of CDDL codes must give credit to the source code (either the author or the project). As well, modifications to the CDDL code (which must be distributed as source) may not remove notices indicating the ancestry of the code.
