If your company isn’t attracting enough online traffic at the moment a freelance copywriter would be able to change all that. Every business needs to do all they can to bring in potential customers to their website and social media platforms, and that’s where a UK copywriter comes in.
http://www.davidshowell.co.uk/
Given the increasing importance of the internet it’s safe to assume that those who provide UK copywriting services can expect to be busy for the foreseeable future. And when they need to find an SEO copywriter UK companies need only to reach out via the web.

Playing card games in a Sussex gastropubs is a very special experience
In recent years many pubs in East Sussex have offered board games and card games to customers, and this is a trend that I hope will continue for many years to come. While these establishments are quite rightly synonymous with the type of fine dining Sussex has become famous for, it’s always nice to know you can just pop in for a game with friends or family members instead. A few hands of cribbage with a couple of mates can soon make the world a better place for me.
http://shepherdanddogpub.co.uk/
This doesn’t mean that I have stopped eating in any given Sussex gastropub, of course. I regularly visit my favourite place for a superb culinary journey, one that brings yet more reasons to visit pubs around Devils Dyke. If you are yet to discover the many benefits of eating out in this part of the world, I heartily recommend a trip to the best rural pubs near Brighton at the earliest opportunity. I have a feeling that in no time at all you will become a regular customer at these places, one that’s just as enthusiastic as I am.

Spoilt for choice thanks to rural pubs near Brighton
There is something wonderfully magnetic about the countryside in the south-east of England, and this is one of the reasons why I am drawn to pubs in East Sussex, especially perhaps pubs in the South Downs National Park. Whenever I talk to friends who live in London they often talk about the many options they have to choose from when they go out to eat, but I prefer to think that less is more.
http://shepherdanddogpub.co.uk/
I would agree that they have so much more of a choice than I have, of course, but I can always take comfort in the fact that I have a number of highly rated Sussex country pubs within a few miles of my home. there was a time when my friends used to try to persuade me to move to the capital and make the most of city life, but to be honest they were wasting their time - my heart lies right here in sunny Sussex.

The fine dining Sussex deserves is so easy to find
There are so many reasons to love the internet these days, and one of my favourites is the fact that booking a table in my local Sussex gastropub doesn’t need to involve a phone call. Booking online is so easy and so convenient, and can of course be done via a PC, a laptop, a tablet and even by a mobile phone. More and more people seem to have an opportunity to work from home these days thanks to the worldwide web, and in some ways this is completely changing the way we interact with our workplaces.
http://shepherdanddogpub.co.uk/
When it comes to fine dining Brighton has more eateries than many other UK cities, and it should be noted that some of them have earned worldwide reputations for excellence. One of my all-time favourite meals is chicken supreme, preferably served with buttered new potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables. There are several restaurants in my area which specialise in this dish, and so far I have been unable to decide which of them is the best. The good news for me is that I intend to continue sampling these offerings for the foreseeable future.

Thank heavens for auction shipping London can be proud of
I recently went with some friends to buy a couple of antiques, and we were so relieved to find an auction courier at short notice. We had bid on a couple of large items and won, but we hadn’t made any antique delivery arrangements at all. Thankfully, one of the guys who worked there gave us the details of a specialist auction house collection service and they proved to be experts in their field. Despite the delicacy of the operation, they provided the finest auction house delivery London could possibly offer.
http://auctionshipping.co.uk/
It was just as well that these specialists came to our rescue, because we had made a successful bid without any idea of what should happen next. These guys were experts in export packing, so they really knew what they were doing. They told us they had been providing an auction house collection service for a number of years, and during that time they had arranged for the successful transit of anything from antique thimbles to huge paintings. I had never really thought about auction shipping in any form before that day, but I won’t forget just how skilled they were.

Taking the first step with a Crawley psychotherapist is often the most difficult AND the most rewarding step
There are times when most of us would consider seeking the best counselling in Sussex to help us overcome a problem, but the reality is that far too many people shy away from taking such a step. They may not realise just how rewarding it can be to speak with a psychotherapist in Brighton about the issues they have to face up to on a daily basis, and the sad fact is that in some of these cases not speaking about them will only make them worse.
http://counsellingkbrown.co.uk/
Personally, I love the idea of opening up completely to my psychotherapist in Caterham in order to help her understand more about my issues. There have been times in the past when I genuinely felt I had nowhere to turn, but a course of Sussex therapy soon got me back on the right track. While I don’t really get why everyone else doesn’t feel the same, I do of course understand that we are all different and we all have our own ways to cope. In this particular instance, variety really is the spice of life, I guess.

Brighton Nutritionist and the Dukan Diet
Healthy Eating in Brighton with the The Dukan Diet

Often referred to as ''the French medical solution to permanent weight loss'', the Dukan diet is an extreme form of prescriptive eating. just 72 foods are allowed on the diet in the first phase, with carb being totally avoided, even if they’re in fruit and veg.
http://www.ruthreynolds.com/
Whether or not it’s a healthy eating option in Brighton is debatable, with some nutritionists non keen on such an extreme approach. Created by Frenchman Pierre Dukan, the high-protein, low-carb plan was first published in France in 2000. It took a while to make it to the UK and it wasn’t until 2010 that the Dukan movement made it over the Channel. Despite there already being several well established versions of low carb diets, Dukan managed to find a gap in the competitive weight loss market with just a little bit of help from some very well known fans. Kate Middleton, while getting ready for the Royal wedding, reportedly dropped two dress sizes using the Dukan diet.
Pierre Dukan started his medical career by specialising in neurology, but then switched to nutrition after he recommended a high-protein, low carb diet to a friend who needed to lose weight. He was really impressed with his friend's rapid reduction in weight, and so embarked on developing and researching the diet that would eventually bear hi name. So far, the Dukan diet book has sold more than eight million copies around the world.
http://www.ruthreynolds.com/diagnostic-testing
The diet is not without controversy, however. The weight loss plan has come under criticism from a variety health professionals, including nutritionists in Brighton. Many assert that the diet promotes an unbalanced way of eating.
Healthy Eating in Brighton
The Dukan diet is very similar to a ketogenic diet, with both emphasising the eating of fat and protein and the removal of carbohydrates. The human body initially uses up its glycogen stores (which are carbohydrates) for energy if their supply is plentiful. What Ketogenic diets do is to force the body to switch from burning carbohydrates for its energy to burning fat instead. Very often, this has the effect of instigating weight loss, but there are downsides as high levels of ketones in the body can result in a whole range of problems.
https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/balanced-diet-women
The Dukan diet follows 4 distinct phases:
1. The Attack phase - lasting between five-ten days and promising immediate results, followers of the diet have 72 high-protein foods to choose from, with absolutely no carbohydrates allowed. 2. The Cruise phase - With pure protein days still being encouraged, carbohydrates are gradually reintroduced from a list of 28 pre-approved vegetables. Dukan dieters stay in this stage until they have reached their ‘goal weight’. 3. Consolidation phase - Previously avoided foods such as fruit and dairy are now gradually reintroduced into the diet. Dieters are even granted two ‘celebration meals’ a week, in which they can eat almost anything they like (although some restrictions do still apply). 4. Stabilisation phase - For those dieters who have managed to reintroduce carbohydrates back into their life without putting any weight back on, then you step into stage 4 which unlocks the ‘rules for life’.
How long people choose to stay on the diet will depend on their starting weight, fitness levels and their target weight.
Brighton Nutritionist:
Any good Brighton nutritionist will tell you that during the initial, very restrictive phase it is reasonable to expect to lose weight quite quickly, which of course acts as a great motivator. The diet is also very attractive for Brighton people who don’t like counting calories and are happy with a more prescriptive way of eating as it dictates exactly what you eat and when.
Unlike Atkins, however, the Dukan diet also restricts fat and omits vegetables completely in the first phase. It then allows for the gradual re-introduction of some fruit, veg and carbs in the subsequent phases of the diet. Brighton nutritionists have seen data to suggest the stabilisation phase is the one that causes the most problems because re-introducing a wider selection of foods results in many people putting weight back on, and many dieters find it difficult to stick to the specific once a week “protein day”.
Food Allergy in Brighton and Allergy Testing
The problem for advocates is that there is limited scientific support to show that the Dukan diet is effective and sustainable in the long term. So while they can expect to lose weight in the initial very strict phases of the diet, most dieters regain the weight they initially lost.
The underlying issue is that the diet ignores key healthy eating principles – including the importance of fruit and veg, the known benefits of whole-grains and fibre and the health benefits achieved by selecting from a variety of food groups. For these reasons the diet is likely to be nutritionally imbalanced, and there can be issues with food allergies and the need for allergy testing for dieters in Brighton.
Some of the well known side effects of low carb diets are especially experienced by followers of the Dukan diet, and include:
• Experiencing a lack of energy, fatigue and dizziness • Bad breath and a dry mouth • Constipation and potential bowel problems due to the low levels of fibre • Nutrient deficiencies due to the very limited food choice.
(Please take note, when you’re considering any type of diet, you should always consult your GP first to make sure you can do so without risking your health).

Interior Design and Brighton Architects - Early 20th century
http://ktaltd.com/brighton-architects/http://ktaltd.com/brighton-architects/

Western Road was redeveloped with new commercial buildings in the 1930s and was an example of both retail design and domestic interior design in Brighton at that time.
http://ktaltd.com/brighton-architects/
Brighton Architects
Residential growth continued during the years between the wars and through the post war periods, with the distinctive zonal pattern of commercial and retail development continuing.
Retail Design Brighton
Estates of council housing were also built to the east and northeast of Brighton (at Whitehawk, Bevendean and Moulsecoomb, and also in the recently redeveloped Carlton Hill inner suburb which had been subject to planned urban renewal design).
Middle-class residential housing was designed and developed to the north of Brighton in both the Patcham and Preston areas, and suburbs such as Tongdean, Withdean, and West Blatchington to the northwest of Brighton and the north of Hove also had an distinct upper middle-class character. The following rapid growth of the inter-war period was again similar to that noted throughout the rest of the south east of England. It was stimulated more significantly, however, by the introduction of electric trains on the main railway route to and from London, thereby bringing a faster and a much more frequent service and increasing the attractiveness of commuting. Meanwhile, the Brighton Corporation began major slum clearance operations in the 1930s when the government offered financial incentives.
Interior Design Brighton
Moulsecoomb and the Pankhurst Avenue area near Queen's Park, both started in the early 1920s, were the first council estates. In the former, the South Moulsecoomb area was laid out first; its 478 houses, on 94 acres (38 ha) taken from the parish of Patcham in 1920, were designed along "garden city" lines with semi-detached houses set in large green spaces. North Moulsecoomb's 390 houses, including many brick-built terraces at a much higher density, followed from 1926. Brighton's first council flats were the four-storey Milner and Kingswood blocks, built as part of the Carlton Hill slum clearance programme. These were, therefore, early examples of interior as well as retail design on Brighton.

Every private eye knows the road ahead could be an icy and dangerous one

Become a private eye and see the world….perhaps
There are some jobs which seem to almost sentence an employee to life behind a desk, but those who choose to become a private eye will enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks. In many cases, there will be an occasional need to head abroad in order to carry out a particular assignment. This may be rare for some investigators, of course, but it is a fact of life for others. The need to hop on a plane and fly off to another country can be instant and without warning, so it makes sense to keep the passport up to date.
http://privateeye.co.uk/
While some people would imagine the role of private eye to be extremely glamorous, for the most part it can be a lonely life with, at times, very little in the way of human contact. This is a role that suits men and women who are quite happy to survive in something of a twilight world for long periods of time. Rather than being glamorous, this role is often the absolute opposite. Having said that, it’s also an occupation that offers a great deal of job satisfaction. Being a private eye is still a goal for many people in all parts of the UK.

Tracing people can be difficult, so be sure to speak to the experts
You may think it would be a relatively easy process to find someone, but there are times when you need to call on the services of the type of private investigator Brighton and Hove can trust. This is a task that can become ever more complex, especially if the person you’re looking for has deliberately gone off the radar, so you may get to the stage where you really don’t know where to turn next. Locally-based private detectives with their many years of beneficiary tracing should be called upon to take the matter further.
http://www.williamstewartinvestigations.com/
The best private investigator Brighton can offer will be able to help you in your hour of need. He or she will have many years of experience in such matters, and to put it bluntly will know more about where and how to look than any well-meaning amateur might know. There are times when we can carry out some tasks on our own without the help and guidance of a specialist, but the truth is that this is rarely one of them. Don’t be afraid to call in the experts when you reach a cul-de-sac.
