Alessia had always used the gym and working out as her safe haven. The place where she can let everything go. That something that Reagan and her have done together multiple times: she knows what Reagan is doing and she appreciates it. So she had agreed and was now finally getting out of the house and she was putting workout clothes on.

As she came back out once dressed, she nodded her head and she smiled just slightly. Though she knows Reagan will see it isn’t genuine but she’s trying. “Let’s go. So we can get back.” Being there are two types of people and Alessia wanted to come home. As they stepped out, Alessia looks both directions multiple times before she steps out fully and waits for Reagan to follow.

Two people have consistently been there for Reagan when she was having a hard time. Her partner, Nico and her best friend, @peppyavidity​. They are easily the people she’s closest to and the ones she cares about most in her life so when she heard from Luciana - Alessia’s girlfriend - that Alessia was having a hard time leaving the house, Reagan knew that she had to step in. 

Since the attack at the gym, Alessia hadn’t been the same. Reagan had been calling and texting her but everything went unanswered. When Luciana reached out to her, she knew that it was serious. Reagan had to do something to help Alessia through her trauma and the one thing that had bonded the two together in the first place was their love for sports. 

Reagan and Alessia adored working out, especially if they got to do it together. They loved hitting the gym and doing yoga together. They loved running through the park. They loved hiking and exploring new spots to hike next time. If it was active, they loved it so Reagan got herself dressed into a sports top, workout leggings, trainers and a jacket before saying goodbye to Nico and heading out. She decided to run to Alessia’s house as it wasn’t too far and it made for a good warm up so she ran down to her best friend’s house and then knocked on the door. She had no idea if Alessia would even answer it, but Reagan was determined not to leave Alessia’s door until her best friend agreed to go to the gym with her. She had to try something to get her friend back…

She knew what Reagan was doing and she couldn’t blame her because she would’ve done the same thing if the roles were reversed and help her move forward. But Alessia felt lost and she felt like she didn’t know how to cope. She closed her eyes and she seen it. She really just wanted to move forward. Watching Reagan sit down, she knew there was no turning back, and she was going out.

She headed to the bedroom to get dressed and she found a pair a pants and a shirt and threw them on. She didn’t care how she looked like now, she just wanted to do this and get it over with. As she slipped her shoes on, she headed out and stood in front of Reagan. “Are you ready?”

“You know you don’t have to do this Reagan. I can handle this. I just need time. I need time to just be me and not let anything else consume me.” Sighing low and she knew Reagan wouldn’t leave until she was up and out of the house so, she sighed low and finally agreed. “Fine, but I leave when I’m ready.”

Alessia Parker had parents who told her to work hard to get what she wanted. To really just allow her to do what she does to get to the top of her career. She never rushed on what she wanted to do because she knew it would change as she got older. But one things her parents have always taught her was taking care of herself. She was always watching what she ate as she gold older and also food wise as well, because that is just something her parents have always done as well. They always just told her this is what we do. And that is what she did, so Alessia just fell into that habit.

By time she was eighteen she was into taking care of herself more then anything since she was older. Since Alessia just found a way to really jus tallow herself to get lost in a way to just work out. It helped and plus she had the best friend who wanted to go with her when she had a chance as well. But then she started working at a gym. She got a job a few year later at one of the biggest gyms in Seattle, called Elite Centre. She was super hands on and kept her eyes on the owner and manager of the place, Cameron Nicks.

She didn’t trust him and she went to someone who could find out more then she could and that person was Luciana. She had looked through accounts and noticed some abnormalities with the charges and she just wanted to make sure she was right, and if she wasn’t then she would bite it and let it go, but seems, there has to be something going on with the way the accounts were being run and some weren’t lining up. After a few weeks, Luciana came through and she and her team arrested Cameron. This was a relief that Alessia was right and she was able to catch it before it go too bad and the gym was closed down.

After the case was closed, Alessia kept in contact with Luciana. There was something about her, and she wanted to get to her know more. They started dating and then Alessia asked her to be her girlfriend officially. But then things were just awkward and so it was hard because Alessia thought they got along, but then she opened up about what had happened to her in the past, and Alessia was supportive and they got back together and stronger then ever at this point as well. It was a good relationship it was healthy and Luciana was supportive and so was Alessia when it came to Luciana’s job.

Alessia had taken over the gym and she was running it clean and everything was running smoothly. She had a healthy relationship and she was just happy. The place was thriving and she was thriving for the most part. Two years with Luciana and she couldn’t be happier. They weren’t rushing for anything, but it was just a place Alessia didn’t thinks he would be. Being with someone who actually wanted her happy and wanted her to succeed and that is how Alessia was as well. She just wanted Luciana to have the best career.

But some nights, Alessia has to stay late, to overlook somethings at the gym to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. But she knew there was a chance somethings wouldn’t run smoothly. She had put aside the things Cameron had said because she didn’t want to think about him then she wouldn’t really do all of this, but this place was going to be run so much better. But as she was looking over paperwork and numbers she heard someone at her door to her office and she looked up and she seen Luciana standing there. A smile on her face as she moved her papers from in front of her and motioned for her to come in.

“Shut the door please.” She watched as her girlfriend came in and she Alessia shook her head. “Not busy just looking over numbers for the quarter so far. So I can use a small break.” Shocked by her comment Alessia raised her eyebrows as she wanted to know just what was going on. “You are starting to scare me. Is everything okay?” She knew Luciana didn’t visit unless she had something important to tell her and that is when she started to worry but she wasn’t panicked. She just knew that this had to be important. “You want to sit down?” She motioned towards the chair in front of the desk to see if her girlfriend wanted to sit down waiting for the news she was ready to tell her.

Luciana Benítez was raised in an environment where love and hard work topped anything and everything else. Her father, Pablo Benítez, was a construction worker in Mexico City. It was difficult to live there as it was full of poverty and disease but Pablo made the best of it. He welcomed in María Soto’s family when they lost their home. María and Pablo bonded and soon, they ended up dating. María worked hard to become a police officer and through both of their hard work, they were able to move to the US when Luciana was 17. 

Growing up for Luciana was challenging as she struggled in school and was diagnosed as dyslexic. She struggled to focus and had a hard time writing anything so exams weren’t her strong point. However, she still got by and made it as a detective but that career was cut short when 2 men tried to take advantage of her. One happened before she trained as a detective and one whilst she was a detective. Luciana’s mother helped to prove her daughter wasn’t lying but even after the truth came out, the damage was done and so Luciana moved on to her second career. She dealt with break ins and minor crimes, then progressed into major crimes. But even this didn’t feel right.

At age 28, she left the police force and started her own fraud investigations site. She brought herself an office and started getting a steady client base. After 2 years of working at this newest career, she met @peppyavidity​. Alessia had come to Luciana after discovering that her boss was up to no good. She was looking into accounts when she noticed a few abnormalities so she wanted Luciana to get to the bottom of it. Within a few weeks, Luciana was able to provide a good amount of evidence to the police and Cameron Nicks was arrested for fraud and theft from his clients. 

After closing the case, Luciana and Alessia stayed in contact. They soon started dating but when Alessia asked Luciana to be her girlfriend, the two broke it off. Luciana explained why she froze to Alessia, telling her about the 2 men who took advantage of her and Alessia took her back. Alessia became the most important person in Luciana’s life. She watched as Alessia took over the gym and made it more popular than ever before by offering yoga classes with trained instructors and by improving the overall image of the gym. The couple had been together for 2 years now and everything was great. That was until Luciana got a call.

Cameron Nicks was being released from prison. His case was being dropped due to insufficient evidence and tampering. Somebody had messed up his case and now he was going to walk free. He had threatened Alessia before his incarceration and so Alessia had filed for a restraining order but Luciana knew that a piece of paper wasn’t going to stop Cameron. With her heart racing, Luciana jumped in her car, drove down to Alessia’s gym and parked outside.

Once she had taken a few deep breaths to calm herself down, she walked into the building and headed upstairs to where the main workout area and Alessia’s office was. Yoga was taught on the floor above but Luciana didn’t need to venture that far. Heels clicking against the steel flooring, Luciana made her way to Alessia’s office. She knocked softly on the door, despite the long and wide windows across the walls that made the office practically see through. It was so Alessia could keep an eye on things but Luciana respected her girlfriend’s privacy enough to knock first. 

Dressed in her usual skirt, tank top and blazer, Luciana waited for her girlfriend to allow her to come in. Once Alessia made a signal to allow her inside, she walked in and sighed. “Hey, babe. Are you busy? I can come back later if you are but this is kinda… well, it’s kind of important.” Luciana said, trying to form a clear and structured sentence through her heavy Spanish accent. She was raised with both English and Spanish and although she spoke both well, she still messed them both up from time to time. Today was important though. She had to tell Alessia about Cameron… She just had to.

That is just how they were but she knew she would help her.

“What do you mean we are going to work out? I don’t want to Reagan. I don’t feel like doing anything.” As much as she had wanted company, she was too scared to do anything right now and that is not like her, but what happened to her really shook her and she was just confused on how to move past it. She was just trying to really come to terms with everything that had happened to her. “I don’t want to go today. Please don’t make me. Can we just sit here? Like, what will you do if I don’t go?”

Usually Alessia is really strong. Can brush things off without even thinking about it, but this thing, that happened, it spooked her more then she will say. It was hard to move forward. She wasn’t sure how she can tell her anything as she wasn’t sure how to say things out loud. Crossing her arms over her chest and she just shook her head. “Just doing things for work. I am sorry. Lost track of time.” It was a lie, but she didn’t want to admit to anything else. She was trying to be coy and play it off.

“What are you doing here? Is something wrong?” wanting to move the conversation from her, as she knew her place was a mess and she looked like a mess, but she didn’t know what else to do. She just knew that she had to face everything but couldn’t. Reagan being there, might be easier. But she just wasn’t sure how to start so she lied about everything.

Alessia is the one there for everyone. She loved being there for the people who need her and Reagan is one of her constants. The one who she will drop everything for just to be there to talk to her at two AM when her partner is working late. That is just who Alessia is, so it is hard for her to ask for help. She wasn’t one of those people who wanted to ask, and her girlfriend was worried. She could tell, but she didn’t know how to help her. That is where Reagan came in at. She knew her best friend was worried about her as she had seen the calls and text and she had left them unanswered.

Not that she wanted to, she just wasn’t in the mood to talk or see anyone. Her life had changed. Maybe she was reading too much into it, but she knew she had to really just allow herself feel things, but she needed to do that on her own. At least that is what she thinks.

She was hurting and she just had no outlet now to really let it all out. She had been in the house since the attack and Alessia just wasn’t in the mood to go anywhere. But when she heard a knock on the door, she turned her head fast, and got herself off the couch and looked through the peep hole and seen it was Reagan and she unlocked the door and then opened it.

“Reagan, hey, I have meaning to call you back. I — umm. I have been busy. Want to come in?” She opened the door more and moved to allow Reagan to come in if she wanted to.
