Chapter Closed: Entrepreneurial Mind

Equip an advanced mind that innovates technology for the betterment of people's lives. The world has a variety of inventions which give numerous benefits to the society. More than that, people will have the best upon utilizing human capital. Hence, the entrepreneurial mind impacts the world's economy and prosperity. In some developed countries, they were called "Smart Industries" like Singapore. They equip a mind that is full of imagination that turns into reality. Thus, they capture what is needed to be utilized by using technology. Furthermore, they lived with the best interventions that they had. In the Philippines, we were still able to innovate out of technology. Somehow, it was less prioritized and managed. Hence, a high population needs fast plans and adaptive interventions that will loved by the people. Indeed, what I am trying to say is the subject of "Entrepreneurial Mind" has a significant role in society. It molds people to be confident, attentive, intelligent, and competitive. Thus, frequently applying the concepts and ideas about it will be beneficial to both people and society, especially in the economic aspect. Additionally, I was able to learn how to manage a business with the use of technology, like cell phones aligned with social media platforms. Utilizing it will prosper our economy, human capital, and the future that awaits us. Let's advocate the entrepreneurial mind and continue learning from it. It has a significant impact on our lives, society, and future. Indeed, it will mold us as better individuals and citizens of our beloved country.

Narratives of Interviewed Individuals

The interview is enjoyable to do.

We interviewed ten students at Central Mindanao University regarding our proposed app named, CMU Hub. It is an app that offers numerous opportunities like finding part-time jobs, charity cases, and student commissions. Out of ten individuals, eight out of 10 said yes to it. For those individuals who said "yes" these are the following reasons: Help those students who are not financially stable, someone can help in emergencies like printing and buying food, it is fast and accessible knowing that students have their own gadgets, and it is helpful to those who are anti-social. Meanwhile, the individuals who said "no" are the following reasons: The registration fee adds burdens to the students and they have their own motorcycle and car in case of emergencies.

I realized during the interview, that making this app has a great impact on students' lives. It is not that big but it has a significant role in every student here at Central Mindanao University. It offers numerous benefits that could help students. Hearing the sentiments of students, I learned that students should practice money literacy because an emergency will be at the end of the road. I am trying to say, that each of us will encounter circumstances, and having money in our pocket is a great help. With regard to our app, I was amazed because we were able to help students in a fast and accessible way.

"CMU CARE, CMU HELP"

Students bear precious smiles on their faces every day. Keeping good energy to have the best luck in quizzes, oral recitations, and examinations. Such, the atmosphere remains lively, smooth, and good harmony. Aside from those positive vibes that students (CMUans) had, they cannot escape the challenges and struggles of being a student.

We interviewed some of them at the campus regarding the circumstances that they have encountered, and most of them answered money constraints. To address their problem, we initiated a solution which is the “CMU Hub” app. It will be the avenue in spreading information and concerns and ask for help. Thus, this app will help those students who need a part-time job, emergency backup, and other humanitarian purposes. The target users and audience of this app will be the CMU students, employees, and people living inside the campus. Thus, they are grant to post and react to make it more engaging. Consequently, he/she will receive a college incentive as a reward for his/her generosity. Additionally, for registration, we will require ID before logging in to avoid scams and inputs of false information.

Sometimes, we are blind with the other's experiences in life. Thus, this activity makes me proud of the students. Despite those obstacles they were determined and passionate to work hard in school. Indeed, let us help the youth for the betterment of the society.

Establishing an Entrepreneurial Mindset

Learning the process is learning the system. The entrepreneurial mentality plays an important role in economic growth. There are several advantages that people can take advantage of in their daily life. It is a life-long process in which people consider economic prosperity and progress.

I could consider entrepreneurs are brilliant individual. Hence, their ideas were stunning , like their products which captivate the people's attention. Consequently, upon anticipating a product was a challenging and requires numerous techniques. They were one of the people that makes our economy extraordinary. Entrepreneurs took risks in their own way. Thus, they have completed several trainings for the benefit of their company. As a result, their career becomes more efficient and progressive. They give their all to boost our economic prosperity. Furthermore, entrepreneurs were highly regarded by the people's culture. They were smart in terms of people's preferences or culture. Additionally, they inculcate the greatest approach for thriving and nurturing their individual business or vocation.
