How to Build Muscle Mass
So, what’s the best way to build muscle?  If you were to ask a hundred different experts this question, you would most likely get a hundred different answers.  For men, building muscle and learning how to increase energy levels simultaneously can prove to be challenging.  A lot of men have no idea where to even begin.
Let’s start with a goal. Setting a goal to achieve by a certain date or time is an incredibly effective way to achieve the result you are looking for. Don’t get crazy with it though.  Set a realistic goal that you will be able to reach.  This way, you will experience success and be able to move forward toward an even bigger goal.
Muscle building Workout Plan
1)      Training times:   The time you are spending on your program is quite important.  Try to keep your workout times to an hour or less.  Concentrate on high intensity and not so much on the length of the routine.  Also focus on keeping your rest periods short.  Try one minute or less.
2)      EAT: In order to gain the weight you desire, you have to give your body the means to do it.  Your body needs the means to grow.  Try to eat at least 4 calorie dense meals per day.  This will give your body the means to metabolize and build muscle.
3)      Relax: Try to relax a bit more during the day when not in the gym.  It may be hard to do for some guys, but this will help your extra energy be put to good use.
4)      Caloric Intake:  Understanding what you are putting into your body is important.  If you are doing the work and not gaining any weight, then you need to re-evaluate what you are putting in.  Focus on more calorie dense foods and eat more.  Remember, you are forcing your body to change its composition which it is reluctant to do.  Eating more than you are accustomed to may be uncomfortable at first, but it may be necessary for you to see the results you desire.
5)      Keep Stepping Up:  You need to change your reps every few weeks.  By putting extra stress on your muscles, they will continue to grow and develop. Increasing your rep range will also prevent plateaus.
6)      Consider a Supplement or Mass Gainer:  Whole foods are always the best; however some men are unable to eat enough of them to achieve the gains they are looking for.  Supplements and mass gainers can be very beneficial.  They provide the extra calories, nutrients and aminos needed for huge gains.
