Exactly!! And the thing is, now shes actually starting to kind-of get over rose and love Steven- he’s only part gem meaning he’ll grow old and die right? She’ll loose another version of rose, again. Pink diamonds gone, then rose, and if Steven goes too do you think pearl will forgive rose when she comes back or be mad at her because she’s grieving over Steven? Assuming rose will come back because gems can’t die unless shattered.

I don’t get the Pearl haters, because yes she can be childish at times and crash out in-front of Steven, but she has every right to.

She fell in love with rose, to the point she did everything for her: fought in the gem war, started a rebellion, kept all her secrets and more. When she found out that rose kept things from her after everything, she crashed out. Honestly, fair enough to her, considering how Pearl kept the pink diamond secret for what, thousands of years ? It was definitely a long time anyways.. it’s obvious she’d crash out from being stuck on earth, a place she only went to so she could be with rose. now rose is gone, she has to raise her kid, Steven.
