i made my friend angry on thursday and she hasnt spoken to me since. at least, spoken as i'd have expected. everything is in clipped tones, and i'm losing my mind. i've apologised, i've tried a peace offering, but nothing. it doesnt help that we live in the same house, because i'm pretty sure she's avoiding any space i'll be in, and i'm doing the same. i was young and foolish when i made the mistake with her ex, and my drunken mind mentioned it to her when we were drinking thursday night, and now i feel she'll never forgive me for crossing that line. they'd already been broken up for a year around the time it happened, and i've not thought about it for ages. why am i always breaking everything i touch? i feel horrible and undeserving of her friendship at this point. i just hope we talk it over(when she decides she wants to) and sort it all out. i hate myself
