After the boys left to head back to Pan, Tinkerbell led me to a small hammock located across from her own. It was clear to me that she wasn’t up for light conversation. I crawled into the hammock, and felt the sides wrap around me like a cocoon. As I settled into the bed, I looked at the sealing, focusing on one spot to try to calm my head. This was a trick Killian had taught me when trying to sleep in an unfamiliar place. I had mastered it when aboard his ship. I felt myself drift off to sleep.
Before I opened my eyes, I could feel the sun beating down on me through the make shift windows. I sat up and looked over at Tink’s hammock. It was empty, and I heard a sudden clatter and yelp arise from the kitchen. I climbed out of my bed and walked towards the noise. I saw Tink cutting up fruit, a small cut on her hand. I ran back to my satchel and grabbed the gauze I had stolen from the ship. I knew it would come in handy.
“Give me your hand.”
“I’m fine,” said Tink. “It’s just a little scratch.” I grabbed her hand anyway before she could pull away. I bandaged her hand and set the rest of the gauze on the counter. Taking the  knife from her hands, I began to cut up the rest of the berries. I placed the cut fruit into a wooden bowl, and brought it out to the table. Tink brought two cups, fashioned from two halves of a coconut.
“All that’s left for your first official breakfast on Neverland that doesn’t require you being stuck in a cage, we need some water from the well. You stay here and make yourself at home.” I nodded, and sat on a bright green pillow. Tink rushed down the treehouse steps. I began to feel the most relaxed I had ever felt on this island. Maybe I could stay safe from Pan. And then get out of this wretched place.
All of sudden, I hear the steps to the house creak. I turned around facing the steps to greet Tink. But I was greeted with the bodies of several Lost Boys, all led by Pan.
“So, this is where you ran off to. Tisk tisk y/n. What a mistake.”
DUN DUN DUUUUUN! What a cliffhanger! But don’t fret my lovelies. Part Eight will be out soon! Sorry that is was so short! xoxox

A Pirate’s Life For Me: Part 6
Summary: The reader, a pirate on Captain Jones’ ship, sets foot on the island with her crew, and is met with and unexpected surprise
Read the previous parts:
Part One
Part Two
Part Three
Part Four
Part Five
My eyes traveled up the tree, surveying the tree house. The sides were covered in vines, and it looked like it had been abandoned for years. The steps looked like with too much weight, they would collapse. They were right. Pan definitely had forgotten about this place. Michael squirmed in my arms, running up the rickety steps. I watched as he  raced toward the side of the house, then disappeared from sight. John, who had since stepped back from the trail, gestured for me to follow his brother. Before I could make any moves, a figure appeared  at  the top of the staircase.
“What are you two doing here? How many times do I have to tell you NOT to come when the sun is still up” cried the voice. It was definitely feminine, making you curious to see who this voice could come from. When Killian had told you stories of this place, he had always said the island was inhabited by only boys.
“I’m sorry, Tink. But this was an emergency. Pan took another one.” John looked at me, a sad smile plastered on his face. The figure, Tink, stepped out from the shadows. She wore different hues of green and brown cloth, and her hair was tied in a bun with a piece of twine. At the sight of me, her smile turned downcast, but still held a kindness.
“Well hurry up. I don’t need anyone else suspecting you are here.” And with that, she sauntered back into the shadows of the house.
John led me up the stairs and into a room that held a small hammock and four pillows placed around a stump of wood. I looked for Michael and saw him swinging in another hammock tucked away into a dark corner. With our arrival, he jumped of the hammock and led me to one of the four brightly woven pillows. John walked into the other room, and began a hushed conversation with Tink. They whispered but you could hear the urgency in John’s voice. Tink nodded her head, and headed toward  me and Michael. I looked down, careful to make sure that neither of them knew I was listening to their hushed conversation.
“Well boys, it’s getting late. You should head back to camp before he realizes that his prisoner escaped.” She looked over at me, winking slightly. Michael groaned, turning to me with sad puppy dog eyes.
“Fiiiine.” He whined. “Promise that I can visit y/n tomorrow?”
“Yes, but only if you promise to bring more supplies. I’m starting to run low again.” With this request, John nodded his head and walked down the steps, without a goodbye. Before Michael followed his big brother, he climbed into my lap, engulfing me in a tiny hug. I wrapped my arms around his tiny body, missing what genuine human contact felt like. He smiled at me, then toddled off after his brother.
I hope you guys liked this! I am so happy to be posting again! It feels good! Part 7 will be up soon! Make sure to leave any requests in my ask box! xoxo

A Pirate’s Life For Me: Part 5
Summary: The reader, a pirate on Captain Jones’ ship, sets foot on the island with her crew, and is met with and unexpected surprise
Read the previous parts:
Part One
Part Two
Part Three
Part Four
Once my cage had finally reached the ground, I felt my body become slightly more relaxed. The height I was suspended at would have made an escape harder. But now, as soon as the boys open the cage, I was making a run for it.
“Peter is gonna be really mad,” cried the smaller of the two boys. They looked like brothers, both having big blue eyes and dirty blond hair. The littler of the pair looked like just mentioning Pan’s name scared him half to death, but the oldest shrugged his shoulders.
“She needs our help,” he said, turning to face me at last. “Listen, my name is John, and this is my brother Michael. I promise we are not here to hurt you.” The look in John’s eyes made me feel like I could trust him. Almost.
“Then what are you here for? Come to look at Pan’s newest prisoner?” I sneered. If I could just get him to open the door, I would run. I wouldn’t hurt the boys, unless force was needed. I would find a cave somewhere and plan my voyage off the island. I had heard Killian’s stories of a shadow that brought boys to Neverland, and I figured I could hitch a ride to wherever my crew has sailed off to.
“No, we have come to rescue you.” I rolled my eyes, but continued to listen to John’s story. “Peter plans to make you his wife, and force you to become our mother. And we have seen first hand what he is capable of doing to the things he calls his.” For some reason, when John says this, I could see his eyes begin to water and look towards the sky. But that doesn’t last long and he turns his attention back to my situation. He opens the door of the cage, and waits for me to climb out.
At first, I really did think about running. Following my plan, But maybe these boys could be my ticket off this hell of an island. Climbing out, I stretched my legs and felt more free than ever. I stood up off the ground and faced John.
“So, where are you going to take me?” I couldn’t imagine what Pan would do if he knew they were helping me, but I was grateful.
“Someplace Pan has long since forgotten about” he said, and started off towards the dense forest.
The walk was long, but the scenery made it all worth while. I found myself staring down at the floor looking at beautiful arrays of flowers. Looking at the two boys, I saw that Michael was falling behind his brother. I fell back and began stepping in time with the paces  of his little footsteps. He looked up at me and grinned, but then bashfully continued to tromp along the pathway.
“So what did your brother mean about Peter being capable of doing things to what is his?” Of course, I was afraid of the answer I would receive. Just the thought of being Pan’s possession made me shudder.
“When we first came to the island, my sister Wendy had come along with us. She became the Lost Boy’s mother and took care of all of  us. She and Pan liked each other lots, but she wanted to take us back home. She didn’t tink Neverland was a good home and dat made Pan mad. So he hurt her, and she died.” Michael began crying softly, and I stopped walking for a moment  to wrap my arms around his little body. I promised myself in that moment I would do anything to protect these two. I picked Michael up and continued to follow John down a hill. There I saw a tree house, surrounded on all four sides with tall oak trees.
“Welcome home.”
AGHHHH THE DARLING FAMILY!!! I hope you guys liked this part and are excited for the next part! xoxo

A Pirate’s Life For Me: Part 4
Summary: The reader, a pirate on Captain Jones’ ship, sets foot on the island with her crew, and is met with and unexpected surprise
Read the previous parts:
Part One
Part Two
Part Three
I dreamed about pale blue skies and crisp white sand. I dreamed of wandering along a sandy shore, without a care in the world. But in my dreams, I wasn’t alone. Beyond the shore was a family. A mother, a father, and a daughter and son. The two children giggled while they squished the sand into little mounds of what their imaginations presumed as sandcastles. The mother and father sat side by side, with the father’s hand wrapped  around the mother’s waist. They watched and smiled at themselves when the children would turn around for praise on their masterpiece. I walked closer, and realized that the father looked like Killian. He looked the same as he had on the ship, but he wasn’t the pirate that took me under his wing. He looked more mature, and more...happy. He grabbed the little girl and tickled her furiously, causing both parents to tumble down on the towel.
“Daddy! Stop!” The little girl squealed. He spoke something aloud, but all I could hear were the words he uttered with such love and pride.
“I love you, y/n. Daddy will always love you.”
I woke up from this dream with a halt. Breathing heavily, I looked around my unfamiliar surroundings, but it was too blurry. I went to wipe my eyes, and felt a single tear fall down your face. That dream. It couldn’t have been real. That... that didn’t happen. I tried to convince myself that I wouldn’t  have liked  to live that life. That I wouldn’t trade being a pirate for anything in the world.
But they were all lies.
Before I could dwell on it any longer, my eyes traveled around the encompassing terrain around me. I appeared to be locked in a wooden cage. It wasn’t anything I couldn’t get out of, but the height was another story.
The cage was raised over 10 feet above the ground, and a fall or jump from this altitude could get me severely hurt. And I needed all the strength I could get if I wanted to make it off this island alive.
With every passing hour, I felt my hopes of ever escaping being crushed. Even though I made several attempts, the lock on the cage wouldn’t budge and whenever I moved, the box would shift suddenly, causing a lightning bolt of fear through my body. I had never been experience to such heights back on the ship, and I needed to find a way out of the situation. And without food and water, I didn’t expect to live up here much longer.
The next day, when I woke from the only other pastime I could accomplish besides listening to the neighboring birds, I saw a wooden tray that had been put next to me as I slept. On it was a cup of water, and some fruit that I had seen in bushes lining the clearing I was trapped in. I gobbled all of it up, unaware if it had been poisonous. But that was the last thing on my mind. I eyed the water, not wanting to risk it being tampered with by one of the crazy boys living on the island. I dumped the water out, watching as it dripped down the cage and to the forest floor.
Snap. Someone was hiding in the trees. Watching me.
“Whoever you are, show yourself.” No one appeared. “Why are you hiding? Not like I can hurt you.” I said sarcastically. I watched as a shadow moved out from a patch of bushes, revealing two little bodies. They each looked no more than ten, but were dressed in green and brown tones. They stared up at the cage, silently observing their prisoner. Before I could utter another sarcastic remark, the boy on the right walked over to the tree my prison was suspended in, and slowly pulled a rope, causing me to lower down the ground.
“So what are we going to do with her?”
I hope you guys enjoyed part four! Don’t worry there is more coming soon, and make sure to let me know if you have any requests xoxo

A Pirate’s Life For Me: Part 3

Part Two
Pan’s face stared down at you, and across it danced a smug grin. Smacking him across the legs with the broom, you rushed out of the closet, hoping to get away before he could catch me. But standing in front of the doorway stood two of his boys. Grabbing me by the arms, they knelt me down in front of Pan. Teeth bared at him, I lunged towards him, hoping to get close enough to do some real damage.
“Really, love? First a broom, and now you’re trying to kiss me?” The boys snickered behind you. “Someone needs to make up their mind. If you want me, just say so.”
“You pig,” I growled. I struggled to be freed from the boys grasps, but they were too strong. One was thirteen and the other, who I hadn’t seen when the fight started, looked to be about twenty. He a scar on his face that made him look thuggish, but I wasn’t intimidated. I had grown up with pirates all my life, and a little pack of boys couldn’t scare me away. “I swear, I’m going to rip your throat off and feed it to the crocodiles.”
“Well you see y/n, you aren’t going to do anything unless I allow it. You are bowing before the king of Neverland, and I make the rules around here.” He gestured upward, and I was suddenly dragged onto the deck of the Jolly Roger. The sun shone brightly against the sand, and I watched as my crew,  including Killian, were tied to the palm trees lining the shallow pool of water where the ship was docked. They looked towards the ship, and a look of sadness was drawn of Killian’s face. I looked down, ashamed that I hadn’t help to save my mates, and that I had been captured by the devil himself. I was shoved onto the ground, sand covering my fall. I tried to crawl my way to  the trees, but I was suddenly turned over, a boot crushing into my ribs. Gasping for air, I could feel the oxygen quickly leaving my body.
“Stop!! Please, Pan, don’t hurt her!” Killian cried. Pan retracted his foot and stood me back up next to him. His hands fell against my waist, pulling me closer. I tried to growl again. but all I could muster was a faint whimper.
“You are now my prisoners. And you shall suffer a fate worse than death. The only way to escape this island, and your fate, is to make a trade. So Killian, I implore you to decide. Your crew’s lives for y/n.” Tears sprung to my face as I watched horror etch on Killian’s. He knew the right thing to do was save the crew, but I couldn’t bear to lose him. He was the only family I had ever known. The crew turned to face him, waiting for him to make his choice. I couldn’t let him make this choice, because whatever decision he made would haunt him for the rest of his life.
“I will stay” I whispered, struggling to string together coherent sentences. “Please just let them go.” A smile was immediately plastered on Pan’s face, and with one snap of his fingers, Killian and my crew were free from the constraints of the trees.
“Well, it’s all settled. Hook, you and your crew must leave this island and never return.” I watched as tears sprung from Killian’s eyes, knowing you had lost an impossible battle. “And as for you” Pan oozed, dripping with delight and cruelty, “it’s time for you to go to bed.” He swung the butt of his knife at my head. leaving me staring into the dark abyss of my mind.
I hope you guys enjoyed Part Three! I have so many good ideas for these series, and I can’t wait t write them for you. My ask box is always open, so feel free to leave any requests you want me to accomplish, or just message me! Love you guys xoxo

A Pirate’s Life For Me: Part 2
Summary: The reader, a pirate on Captain Jones’ ship, sets foot on the island with her crew, and is met with and unexpected surprise.
If you haven’t read part one definitely read it first!
Part One
Immediately after Peter’s shout, I heard war cries erupt from the trees. They sprung off the rocks and the ship, echoing throughout the lagoon. It sounded like he had gathered an army of hundreds. But out from the trees came a group of no more than twelve boys, all varying in ages. But none seemed older than thirteen. They were covered from head to toe in several hues of brown and they were coming straight for me and Killian.
I reached for my satchel, glad I had decided to bring a weapon. But, reaching inside, my knife seemed to has disappeared into thin air. Glancing around, I watched as Pan looked in my direction, waving my knife in his hands. Unable to defend myself, I ran back towards the ship. Killian mouthed at me to hide, and that is exactly what I intended to do. The crew had finally come aboard land to fit the boys, but I rushed past them, up onto the ship and down below deck.
I ran to my bunk, locking the door swiftly behind me. Laying against the door, I listened to the fight just outside on the beach. The clang of the swords. he shouts of my crew and the boys getting injured. I knew that I was the cause of this war, but I couldn’t stand on the sidelines and let my crew down. I rushed around my quarters, searching for anything I could use as a weapon. I found a broom from in the back of my closet. I readied myself to open the door, but I stopped suddenly at the noise I heard.
Silence.
The war cries had diminished. The clanging of the swords had been replaced by the muffled rush of waves against the Jolly Roger. Before I had a chance to open the door, I heard the clatter of footsteps boarding the ship. I knew I couldn’t leave now, for fear of being caught by Pan and his band of misfit boys.
I ran to hide in the back of my closet, rummaging through till I hit the wall of the ship. I held my broom to my side, ready to fight at a moments notice.
The creek of your bunk’s door resounded in the air. Footsteps echoed as the intruder looked around your room.  I listened as they walked in front of the closet door, and in the blink of an eye, the door opened and I watched as a hand moved the clothes in front of me aside.
“Well, hello there sweetheart.”
I hope you enjoyed part two! I know it is a little short, but this is going to be a long series! Use my ask box to give me any ideas you have for the this series or anything else you want me to write! xoxo

Searching: Part 4
Summary: On each and everyone’s wrist, there is the name of both your soulmate and enemy. You discover that your wrists both say the same thing; a boy named Peter.
If you guys haven’t already read parts one, two and three, definitely check those out first!
Searching: Part 3
Searching: Part 2
Searching: Part 1
The fight the two of you had seemed like it had been years ago, but it had been two weeks. And those were the happiest two weeks of your life. You had left your dinky little tent and had come to live with Peter in his tree house. You fell more in love with him every single day, even with the slightest of things that he did. His bed head when he woke up in the morning. His smirk when he knew he exactly what to do to tease you. The way his eyes lit up when he talked about magic or his Lost Boys.
The Lost Boys had been ecstatic to see your return, especially Oliver and the twins. As you walked back to camp, hand clasped around Peter’s you were knocked over by three little bodies.
“Y/n! You’re back! We thought you weren’t gonna come back!” You smiled, and sent the boys to find the others to announce your arrival. Pulling you close, Peter kissed your cheek lightly, then ran off to prepare the night’s bonfire.
That was weeks ago, and though you always sought tried see the best in him, he did have moments when you caught glimpses of the boy he had been two months ago.
It had started like any other day.
You woke up to the birds singing and the sun casting a bright light over the treehouse. The air smelled of fresh blooming flowers, just like your mom had grown in the garden back home. At that moment, you felt a twinge of homesickness, but it faded fast. You loved the Lost Boys and Neverland, for it had become your new home.
Quickly jumping out of bed, you picked out a pair of jean shorts and one of you comfy tshirts. Today was a hunting day, so while Peter and the boys were gather food, you planned on exploring the island some more. Though you had been living there for almost three months, you hadn’t yet conquered seeing everything there was to see on the island. You grabbed an apple, then climbed down the ladder that lead straight towards the forest floor. Instead of heading towards the camp like you usually would, you began trekking towards the lagoons on the west side of the island.
Arriving at the lagoons, you changed into your bathing suit, ready to dive into the crystal clear blue water. You were careful to stay close to shore, because the lagoons were famous for having mermaids lurking in the deeper waters. You had never had a bad experience with one of the creatures, but you heard stories from Lost Boys. Turning over to rest your back on the water, you watched the cotton clouds drift across the sky. It was peaceful, watching them move as you stayed perfectly still in the water. It was times like these where you wished you had a camera lying around so you could capture this picture perfect moment. After floating around for what felt like hours, you climbed out of the water. I can’t leave yet, you thought. The boys won’t be back for awhile still. You rested your head against a nearby rock, closing your eyes gently.
Your eyes fluttered open to the sight of the sky turning a shade of light tangerine, and you realized that you must have taken a nap. Grabbing your towel and clothes, you trudged through the white sand back home to camp.
Before you had even reached the edge of camp’s borders, you heard the cries and whimpers. Because of these sounds, you began to sprint towards the campfire. But the sight you were faced with was worse than you could have imagined.
Standing in the middle of a ring of Lost Boys, was Oliver. He was shaking, and tears were falling down his sun burnt face. As you surveyed the group, you soon realized that the twins and several of the other boys, had open cuts and dried blood on their faces. Peter was several yards away from this gathering, holding a bow that was loaded with an arrow. And he was pointing straight at Oliver.
“Stop stop!!” You cried, lunging in front of Oliver. You grabbed his arms, pulling him behind you, and gesturing for the twins to join him. Peter’s face was pulled into a tight grimace.
“Y/n, out of the way. He deserves his punishment just as much as the other boys.” This arose a cry from Oliver, and also from the Lost Boys who had been a victim of Peter’s harsh punishment. But you didn’t move an inch. “Either you move, or I’ll just have to shoot you.” Looking into Peter’s eyes, you tried to search for the kind soul that you knew Peter hid well behind his tough and kingly persona. But all you saw was rage, and the only thoughts racing through your mind was needing to protect the twins and Oliver. Before you could speak to try and reason with him, Peter shot the arrow towards you face. Luckily, you moved just in time for the arrow not to cause severe damage, but you wound up with a large gash on the side of your face. As quickly as you could, you yanked your necklace from around your neck and opened the glass vial that hung from it. It had been a gift from Peter, and inside it held fairy dust. You blew it over you, Oliver and the twins. Grabbing their arms, you rose from the campground, and began to fly as fast as you could towards the stars. Looking back, you could see the rage in Peter’s eyes, but it quickly softened to despair as he realized what he had done.
“I should never have trusted you, Pan! You truly are my enemy, and my worst nightmare!” Tears prickled across your cold face, but you never once let go of the boys hands. You knew the way back home from here, and you were sure that your family wouldn’t mind having a few extra children running around the house. I thought he was different. I thought he was my one true soulmate.
I hope you guys enjoyed the 4th and final part of my Searching Series! I know so many of you were patiently waiting for me to update this series. So here you go xoxoxo

A Pirate's Life For Me
Summary: The reader, a pirate on Captain Jones’ ship, sets foot on the island with her crew, and is met with and unexpected surprise.
It was early in the morning when the crew first spotted the island. The coral sun was rising over the horizon, and the seagulls screeched their morning song. I had just woken up and began my morning chores. But when one of my mates cried out “Land ‘ho!”, I dropped the mop and ran to the side of the ship.
From all the terrible stories I had heard from Hook about the evil Peter Pan and the dangerous island of Neverland, this was not what I had expected. The island was big and filled with lush green palm trees and sparkling sand. It looked like something out of a dream. My trance was immediately broken by the command of Killian.
“Alright! I have set up a meeting with Pan in one of the island’s lagoons. We will meet, discuss and then leave on our next voyage. In this lagoon,we will be surrounded by dense jungle, and swarms of mermaids who are willing to drag you down into the sea and never bring you back up. Everyone needs to be one the lookout.” This little speech arose a cheer from the crew, but he held up his hand. “I will need a pirate to come on land with me. Y/n, ready yourselves for when we arrive.” I was nervous, yet thrilled. In all the time I had worked on this ship, Killian had always been overprotective of you. He treated you like a little sister, and had taught you all he knew about being a pirate. This was the first time he had allowed you to exit the ship. I stood up straight and tried to look tough as I walked back into my cabin. But as soon as I shut my door, I squealed. Grabbing my favorite leather satchel, I placed my knife, canteen, and some bandages inside. I decided to grab a loaf of bread and fruit as well, just in case.
Making my way back up to the deck, I watched as the crew threw down the anchor and stairs. I looked upon the shore, and saw a face of a boy about my age. This couldn’t be Pan, I thought, He was supposed to be evil and menacing. But from where I stood, he looked innocent, and, and gorgeous. I waited for Killian to make the first steps off the ship and towards the island, before I followed.
Glancing behind me back at the ship, I stepped onto the island. The sand felt soft and squishy, even under my shoes. We approached Pan, and he surveyed us all up and down. As his eyes landed on me, I saw a faint hint of a smile. I would have blushed under normal circumstances, but I needed to look like a pirate, scowl and all.
“Hello there, Captain. I see you have acquired some new recruits” he said, again looking at me. His eyes seemed to hold a sinister look towards Killian, but when he looked at me, all I saw was kindness. “Have you brought what I sent for?” Killian grabbed a small velvet coin purse out from his jacket.
“There it is. And I believe whether or not I have gotten new recruits is none of your business.” Killian inched closer to me, until he stood next to me. He grabbed my hand and held it in his, which drew a laugh from Pan’s mouth.
“Well, thank you for bring me this. Here is your reward.” Peter held a coin purse that looked almost identical to the one Killian had handed to him. Except, instead of holding the mysterious treasure, it held several gold coins.
“Thank you” Killian nodded. “We must be off. I will expect your shadow to come around sooner or later with a new voyage to be made.” We turned around to head back to the crew.
Suddenly, Pan appeared in front of us, a mischievous smirk forming across his face.
“I don’t think you will be going anywhere just yet. I have another offer to propose.” This time, instead of gold coins, he offered jewels. “I would like her” he said, pointing at me, “and I am willing to pay.” I grimaced at the thought, and Killian looked as if he wanted to punch someone- more than likely, Pan.
“I’m sorry” I said, “but I am not a prize that you can just buy and expect to get and how dare you-” I was cut off by Killian.
“Y/n is not something I am willing to trade. The deal was I brought you the treasure, you give me the money. That is it.” Killian drew his sword from it’s sheath, preparing for a battle I believed would not come. He stepped protectively in front of me, but I pushed him to the side. I could take care of myself! Especially against a boy in green tights.  Pan’s smirk seemed to grow wider after seeing this, and he brought his fingers to his lips, producing a loud whistle.
“Boys, attack!!”
I hope you guys enjoyed A Pirate’s Life For Me! I was thinking of making a part two, so if you would like to  see it or send me any other requests, message me! And be sure to follow my new blog, @skylars-little-world xoxox
