i 100% believe that Sam suing Bucky and co over the Avengers’ name is just part of a bit he’s doing. like, imagine Bucky just texts Sam one day, after someone drops off a court order at their door, and is like “what’s this about you suing us?? for the avengers name??” and Sam is like “yeah, sorry, man, lmao, forgot to tell you,” and Bucky is just like “you weren’t even part of the original avengers??? how can you claim the name??” And Sam is like “lmao, I’m captain america, i can do anything. watch me”
