As much as I love charmac and charden I don’t see either of the two being physically intimate bc Charlie canonically isn’t that into sex at all. And he thinks kissing is gross. Out of the two charden is definitely more plausible bc I feel like Charlie would be like a low stress friends with benefits type deal with dennis and he wouldn’t have to worry about seducing him like he would a girl.
