(Post Op Week 21) Physio Day 92 Do i look like an over-excited kid jumping on a trampoline for the first time? Yes! I was pretty excited for finally a cardio on my feet but scared at the same time because those flashbacks start filling my head after every step. There are still a lot of fears to overcome 🤞🏻🙏🏻

(Week 17) Physiotherapy Day 65 Lots of single legged works just to get back the strength equally to the other leg 😔 physio has been both physically and mentally tiring due to constant ROM limitations. Sometimes i just felt like giving up and settle with a limp for the rest of my life 🙄

(Week 15) Physiotherapy Day 49 Visited Langkawi’s physiotherapy centre today, noticed PT went through worst talus bone fracture surgery and struggling through even more frustrating recovery. He was being very positive and encouraging, told me to get rid of my crutched right away, that i need to be confident in myself, overcome the trauma and insecurities. He encouraged me to continue doing what i’m doing in the gym but single legged 😱 slowly adding weights bit by bit to get back my lost calf 😞 Guess i should be proud of my recovery progress and glad that i’ve looked through internet for more exercises because my PTs in pantai hospital weren’t progressive. Time to focus on strengthening and bulking again 😪 had my first deadlifts with only 10kg dumbbells and my hamstrings are so sore for few days LOL okay basically whole body sore 🤦🏻♀️
