Adopt a German Shorthaired Pointer Near Plano in Little Elm Texas - Supplies Included - Meet Peyton
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Have you been looking for a German Shorthaired Pointer for adoption near Plano? Peyton is a dog you should most definitely consider. This 4 year old male GSP mix dog weighs 65 pounds. Peyton is in excellent health and has been neutered, fully vaccinated and house broken. He is good with other dogs, but has not had any experience around cats. There is no reason to think that he would not be very accepting of feline friends as well. Peyton adores children and is an amazing companion. He is so smart that he can open car doors with his paws. He is very affectionate and wants to please you so much. Sometimes he gets a bit too excited and will jump up, but that is instantly correctible using the "down" or "off" command. Peyton is not getting enough exercise, companionship or playtime, and this has led to some  counter surfing. Just like all of us, Peyton turns to food when he is bored. Peyton loves to swim, so it would be great if his new family has a pool. Peyton is being placed for adoption by owner for the following reason: Peyton deserves a family/individual that will exercise and challenge him more. He's a pointer mix and is best when he has some type of job or activity that will tire him out. In my current and future situation, Peyton doesn't receive enough exercise or activity so he's then presented with opportunities to become curious and determined enough to get into trouble. Peyton's owner, Daleena

All About Peyton - German Shorthaired Pointer Dog For Adoption in Little Elm TX
Name of Pet: Peyton Location: Little Elm TX Type of Pet: Dog Breed of Pet: German Shorthaired Pointer Sex of Pet: Male Age of Pet: 4.5 years Spayed/Neutered?: Yes Health Problems: No Behavior Issues: No, but needs some training and lots of exercise and playtime to counter some mischief that he gets into when bored and in need of mental and physical  stimulation. Up To Date on Vaccinations: Yes Gets along with cats: Unknown Gets along with dogs: Yes Good with Children?: Yes House Broken or Litter Trained?: Yes Crate Trained?: No Accessories Included: Bed, food, leash/harness, blanket, anything else requested or needed for him to enjoy life in his new home. Peyton's Personality Loyal, affectionate, curious, loves kids, intelligent Yes Jumping on people at times (but understands command "down" and "off"), counter surfing, can open doors with lever handles Peyton's Current Home Environment I'm currently staying with family as I just moved to Texas a few months back. We're currently in a house with 3 adults, 2 other dogs (Peyton's brother and my sisters dog) and my 10 year old niece. Prior to living here, I lived in a house in Colorado where Peyton and his brother had a large yard to run around in and a doggy door to come and go as they please. Peyton's Current Family: My family consists of me (35 yo female), Peyton and Peytons brother (4 yo hound mix). I adopted Peyton when he was 12 weeks old and his brother a year and a half later. Peyton's Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities? Peyton loves most treats to include peanut butter and bananas (together or separate), cheeseburgers, anything bacon flavored and anything that he can chew on for a long time. He is a super chewer so goes through most treats quickly. When given bully sticks, he sometimes swallows them whole so not a great treat for him. He enjoys kongs with frozen peanut butter in them. For activities, Peyton enjoys running and wrestling with his brother, doggy day care and anything that makes him think. He also loves, loves, loves to swim. We often hide treats from him and have him sniff them out and hide and seek with the humans. He's also great on his leash although he does enjoy frequent stops. Cute Peyton Story: Peyton currently sleeps in bed with my 10 year old niece every night. One night, we walked upstairs and he went towards her room but I didn't let him because he was wet and stinky from the rain that day. Peyton begrudgingly came to bed with me but the next morning he was waiting at her door first thing and when she went off to school, he spent most of the day in her room waiting for her. He wanted so badly to sleep with her that he thought if he just stayed there, I couldn't force him out. Why is Peyton Being Rehomed? Peyton deserves a family/individual that will exercise and challenge him more. He's a pointer mix and is best when he has some type of job or activity that will tire him out. In my current and future situation, Peyton doesn't receive enough exercise or activity so he's then presented with opportunities to become curious and determined enough to get into trouble. Peyton's Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be: I'm looking for someone that lives an active life and wants a companion to take along on some adventures. He would also do well with someone that lives on a lot of land/farm that will be able to give Peyton the attention and physical and mental stimulation he needs. He would do well with a home with kids as he loves to cuddle and play. Peyton also needs an owner that will be a strong and consistent leader. He's a strong willed and determined pup that needs someone that will ensure he's not getting into trouble. Additional Comments: Peyton is so loving, loyal and intelligent. I'm struggling greatly with the idea of rehoming him but I know that it's the best thing for him. I just want him to be happy, healthy and able to enjoy life as much as possible.

Meet Miss Kitty, Domestic Tabby Cat For Adoption in San Antonio Texas
Miss Kitty is a Female Domestic Tabby Cat for adoption to a very loving home in or near San Antonio, Texas. This very special brown tabby cat is 5 years old and weighs 10 pounds. She is in good health, having been spayed and given all of her shots, as well as being micro-chipped. She is a lovely little cat - as sweet as she is beautiful. Miss Kitty has a very friendly and outgoing personality that has served her well in finding her special human after surviving as a stray - obviously dumped by her previous owners. She is super social, and adores her person. She is an amazing companion, and you can tell just how much she appreciates having a home by the love and affection she shows her owner. Sometimes life plays strange tricks on people, and Miss Kitty's owner, after months of deciding whether to bring this formerly stray cat into her home, is seeing that very thing play out. As she has been adjusting to life as a cat owner, her body has made other plans. She has developed severe cat allergies, which are extremely hard to manage in the summer months, but still bad enough during the winter to make it necessary to find a new home for Miss Kitty. She is dearly hoping to find Miss Kitty a loving new home where she will be cherished and kept safe, happy and healthy. This gregarious young and healthy female cat will be a loving addition to any home in which she is given love, attention, food, a clean litter box and adequate care. She would be well suited as a companion for a senior or retired person, or an older child ready to learn about the responsibilities of taking care of a pet. Miss Kitty is a big fan of being outdoors, so her new owners will need to distract her at first by giving her lots of attention, playtime and sunny window spots where she can watch the birds and butterflies. It is best that she learn to be an indoor cat to ensure her future health and well-being. Miss Kitty will be rehomed with all supplies and veterinary records. All you need to add is a safe loving forever home where she will be well cared for and loved unconditionally for the rest of her life. Please offer this deserving cat a loving home today. She can't wait to purr her way into your heart and home. Request to Adopt Miss Kitty Here There is a $35 adoption/rehoming fee. Supplies and veterinary records will be included. Questions about Miss Kitty? Contact our San Antonio Cat rehoming team today. Text "Miss Kitty" to (888) 833-2128 or email Miss [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.

Atlanta GA - HONEY - Gorgeous Red F American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff) Puppy For Adoption - Supplies Included
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Honey is a gold, very short coat female American Staffordshire Terrier Puppy for adoption to a very loving home in or near Atlanta GA. This very special Amstaff puppy is approx. 7 months and weighs 27 lbs.
Meet Honey, Staffordshire Terrier Dog For Adoption in Atlanta GA
Tumblr media
Looking for a ravishing redhead to add love, joy, laughter and companionship to life? Honey is so sweet! She is a medium sized red dumpling of dog - an adorable purebred American Staffordshire (Amstaff) puppy looking for the best home ever in the Atlanta area. Honey is very healthy. She is fixed, up to date on shots and well on her way to being house trained. Honey adores children and loves to play. Her wiggly ways delight everyone she meets, and she is one of those dogs that easily leave paw prints on your heart. Because of her age of just 7 months, Honey is still very much a puppy. She is exploding with joy for life, and can be a handful when you are trying to relax on the couch. For the most part, she will out grow this behavior as she matures into a more sensible version of herself. She would definitely benefit from obedience training and consistent positive behavior reinforcement from a confident owner. She is a part puppy, part land shark, part clown and part WWF wrestler all rolled up into an adorable bundle of love and licks.
Tumblr media
Honey is being rehomed by her owners, who are very distressed to have to make this very difficult choice in life. Unfortunately they have been hit with financial problems that make it very difficult to give Honey their time, due to long hours working. She needs a home with owner who can give her lots of playtime and exercise, and they are just not able to offer that to her at this time in their lives. Honey's owners are hoping to find her the home she needs and very much deserves. Having had all her vet care done for now, she is a ready-to-love puppy. Honey will be best suited for a family with older children - only because her wiggling and general "joie de vivre" would likely bowl down smaller kiddos and todders. If you would like to meet Honey and her owners to find out if she is a good match for you, please get in touch with us! We look forward to introducing you to Atlanta's cutest puppy! Request to Adopt Honey Here There is a $300 adoption/rehoming fee. Supplies and veterinary records will be included. Questions About Honey? Please contact our Amstaff dog rehoming team. Text "Honey" to (888) 833-2128 or email [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!

All About Honey - Staffordshire Terrier Puppy For Adoption in Atlanta GA
Name of Pet: Honey Location: Atlanta, GA, 30340 Type of Pet: Dog Breed of Pet: American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff) Sex of Pet: Female Age of Pet: approx. 7 months Spayed/Neutered?: Yes Health Problems: No The only thing she's been treated for since I adopted her was for mange. But I've been giving her meds for that and it's clearing up. Behavior Issues: No Up To Date on Vaccinations: Yes Gets along with cats: Unknown Gets along with dogs: Yes Good with Children?: Yes House Broken?: A work in progress :-) Crate Trained?: Yes Accessories Included: I have a bag of cow hooves that can go home with her, as well as grain-free food. Honey's Personality - I love her gorgeous coloring: the color of honey! Her unbelievably gorgeous eyes. - She is always the friendliest dog at the dog park. With humans and animals. She just wants you to like her. - I love that she sits on command with little effort! - I love that she makes me exercise more, because she needs the exercise! It's mutually beneficial. - I love that she is never defensive or unfriendly. She literally doesn't meet a stranger. I would say on the whole she doesn't have behavior problems, but she could benefit from some training. The only real problem I have with her is that when I try to sit on the couch to relax, she won't just sit and chill with me. She gets really hyper and wants to wrestle with me and mouths on me (which can hurt because she has sharp teeth and she doesn't understand how strong she is. She has headbutted us on more than one occasion just from being overly excited.) It's something about being down on her level (like kneeling on the ground, or on the couch) that makes her too much to handle. It's pretty much impossible to sit on the couch with her. I've tried some training on my own. She does sit very, very well when told to. She's a puppy, so this is something that I'm sure will get better. On the whole, I have no problems with her! She does need to be entertained with chew toys since she's in the chew phase, but that's normal with all puppies. Honey's Current Home Environment I live in the basement apartment of my friend's home. It is a fully finished basement with lots of room. My kids live their dad down the street, so my kids come over a lot. Honey's Current Family: I divorced from my husband earlier last year. Our boys continued to live with him and I moved out into a basement apartment about a minute away. We have a very amicable situation. My kids and their dad have our family dog living with them. His name is Tucker and is a terrier mix. He's around 4 yrs. old. He gets along with Honey fine. My boys are 14 and 10. Honey's Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities? Honey LOVES cow ears, cow hooves and peanut butter (i'll often put that in her Kong toy). She loves any kind of real bone. She's not super into the nylabones, plastic stuff, etc. She loves her grain-free food. She LOVES to go on walks and to the dog park. Cute Honey Story:
Tumblr media
When my boys and I were looking for a dog at various shelters and rescues, I went into it wanting an adult dog, maybe 3 years old. I wasn't interested in a puppy. But Honey was too adorable and happy to pass by, so we looked at her about 3 times. She was also a breed I was unfamiliar with (I have always had the long-haired, chill, terriers dogs... think Benji). I wasn't used to such a strong breed. And of course I was leery because she looked pit (fear is instilled in people that aren't familiar with the breed, including me.) But every time we looked at a dog that was more what we were used to, the 3 of us kept going back to Honey, and how her personality fit our family so well. She was a GORGEOUS dog, friendly and sweet. And just HAPPY. We adopted her based on her personality, not based on her breed or age. Unfortunately, due to job loss, I just can't keep her. :( But I want to find a home she deserves. Why is Honey Being Rehomed? Job loss, financial reasons. Honey's Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be: I just want someone that will give her lots of love and exercise. I do think she'll work better with older kids, but if a family is familiar with Honey's breed and know tricks to calm her down, they might do just fine! I also think she'd be great for a single person. Especially a woman. Honey looks are misleading. She looks tough, but might be a good safety/deterrent for a woman when she's out walking alone. But at the same time, it's pretty obvious how friendly Honey is, so the "tough" thing only lasts so long. : ) Additional Comments: I would love to stay in touch with the new owners if possible. My kids have already grown attached to Honey and would love to see her. But it's not a deal-breaker if we can't see her.

A pair of snuggle pusses!
Thomas Back Story:
Thomas and Nicho lived with my dad and my special needs sister, so the house is pretty quiet. They are mostly inside during the night and outdoors during the day. Right now my nephew is living in my dads house in order to care for his cats. So he feeds them twice a day and brings them in at night. Since my nephew is gone all day for work the cats are not getting the attention they used to when my dad was there. They are missing human contact and so when I come over they both run over to my car and as soon as I get off my car they come over and snuggle my legs and they just can't seem to get enough love.
Cute Thomas Story:
They seem to know when one of them is not feeling well because they become inseparable and its so nice to see them care for each other.
Reasons For Rehoming Thomas:
My dad was hit by a car while he was crossing the street in Feb 2017. Since then, he has been in and out of hospitals, rehab centers and in home caring where he is now. His health is slowing diminishing and his biggest concern is his cats. For the past almost year I've been caring for his cats and recently my nephew has moved in to my dads home to look after his home and cats. Mounting medical bills and home caring fees are getting to be too much so we are having to sell his home. His biggest concern is his cats. So we are looking for a forever home where they can stay together and spend the rest of their life in a loving home. This would be very comforting for my dad to know his cats are going to a loving home.
Thomas Purrfect Home Will Be:
I hope to find them a home where they are not left alone all day and get plenty of human love. A home they can call their forever home.
Supplies and Accessories Included:
Collars, food trays, bag of food and a few toys that they have.

Cat Rehoming Network is dedicated to finding good homes for pre-loved cats, and finding great cats for very good homes. Contact us today at (888) 720-3322 for friendly, empathetic help. Scottish Fold Cats For Adoption - Scottish Fold Rehoming Services - About Scottish Fold Cats
All About Scottish Fold Cats and Kittens
This adorable curly eared cat originally occurred as a spontaneous mutation in farm cats in Scotland. The original Scottish Fold was a white, fold eared cat named "Susie", and today's Scottish Folds are all descendants of this remarkable Scottish kitty. The breed is best known for this unusual feature; small, tightly folded ears, that give it an almost "pixie-like" appearance. The Scottish Folds' firm chin, prominent cheek pads and large, expressive eyes give the breed's round face a very sweet, appealing expression. The short haired Scottish Fold has a short, plush, dense coat that comes in parti-colors, shadeds, smokes, solids and tabbies. The long-haired members of the breed have beautiful flowing coats featuring the same array of colors and patterns as their short haired counterparts. Scottish Folds come in two types: folded ear and straight (normal) ear. Scottish Fold kittens are born with straight ears, and if they are going to fold, this will occur at about three to four weeks of age. Scottish Folds are healthy, robust cats, much like their barnyard ancestors. They have exceptionally sweet personalities to match their elfin faces, and have endearing tiny voices that sound more like a squeak than a meow. Scottish Folds are extremely affectionate. They adore human companionship and adapt to almost any home situation, whether you live in an apartment or a country acreage. They get along well with children, dogs and other pets. If you are looking for a calm, affectionate, adorable and healthy cat for your family, the Scottish Fold may just be the purr-fect choice! Source: Cat Breeds A to Z
