The best part is that yuuri is constantly staring at viktor like 'how is he in love with me' and viktor is constantly staring at yuuri like 'how is he in love with me' and it just results in the two of them being embarrassingly blushy and giggly whenever they flirt with each other....or smile at each other.....or look at each other......embarrassing

Yuuri flirts without realizing it because 90% of what comes out of his mouth he doesn’t even think about. His mind is thinking of 10,000 things at once so who can blame him for casually mentioning how “You look really nice in this light…what jump did you want me to practice again?” Or the way he’ll stare at Victor with this blank expression before bringing him in for a kiss while Victor is mid trying to be a coach ramble. V: “What was that for?” Y: “I couldn’t place the smell of your chapstick so I decided to taste it instead. Vanilla?” 

Yuuri dating is head tilts before asking or saying questions that makes Victor melt. “Sorry, I got distracted. Did you know your eyes turn really blue in the sunlight? It’s really pretty.” 

“Is it ok if I start calling Makkachin my dog too? I kind of see her already as mine but…it felt weird not asking your permission first.” 

One day Victor finds him giving all his posters away to the triplets and his jaw drops. 

V: “You don’t have to!” Y: “I want to…these posters aren’t you. Those smiles aren’t you. The photoshop isn’t you.” *kiss* “I like my real Victor a lot more.” 

Then you have Victor…oh poor Victor. 

Victor who has been using this playboy persona for the last 10 years. Who memorizes 5 pick up lines because no one sticks around long enough to need them repeated. So a month down the line he has asked Yuuri “Do you ever get tired of falling for me?” with his signature wink enough times that Yuuri says it before him once while pushing himself back to standing with an irritated huff. 

But Victor is honest. Every response, every compliment, and everything he says to Yuuri is with 100% sincerity. While Yuuri’s responses are casual his are reverent. 

“You are beautiful. God, simply stunning.” Victor whispered as he helped push Yuuri into a new stretch. 

“Whenever I see you and Makkachin playing together I think I’m going to faint. You two are my family.” 

“Kiss me? Please.”
