how do i explain in ten years why one of my hyperfixations is still a butch hartman cartoon from 2004? like percy jackson and zelda are easily explainable because those two things continue to put out content. even fullmetal alchemist feels easy to explain away because its like, everyone’s first anime even for non-anime lovers. how do i explain that the more time goes on without a scrap of canon content (and i want it to stay that way), the more danny phantom solidifies itself as an everlasting obsession in my repertoire?
