Locust City - An Elysium Story

To those of you who follow this blog, i literally use it to get pictures onto my phone for tiktok videos so they are just my notes but here's where I got everything from, great watch.

Part 5! A bit of a color swap for the ducks—yes I know it’s very close to psyduck’s shiny but what a shiny it is. Seel and dewgong felt a bit like trying to reinvent the wheel—in the end I ended up scrapping the harp seal patterns and settled for a longer horn that gave it a pop of color. My goal was to make them a little less samey and I think (hope?) I accomplished that.

The big boys. 😂😅😅 Initially I only intended to make hitmonchan look like it wasn’t just wearing clothes, but then I took a hard look at hitmonlee and realized it was an eldritch horror that gave me the creeps. 😂😂 So I pulled up tyrogue and hitmontop and tried to create a bit of cohesion for the line. Also thought it was rather fitting for hitmonchan to have springy arms. c:

There’s only 2 more pokemon I wanna zhuzh up and then I’ll be done with this silly project. It’ll put my final count at 20 total changed, which is 10 less than I thought it’d be. 😊

i thought my laptop was on its last leg because it was running at six billion degrees and using 100% disk space at all times and then i turned off shadows and some other windows effects and it was immediately cured. i just did the same to my roommate's computer and its performance issues were also immediately cured. okay. i guess.

so i guess if you have creaky freezy windows 10/11 try searching "advanced system settings", go to performance settings, and uncheck "show shadows under windows" and anything else you don't want. hope that helps someone else.
